Money hungry, rude and unprofessional (read the negative reviews). Coburg branch don't respond to emails and then when you call and are transferred to Mr. J, he gives you 2 minutes of his time as you are a bother and provides no actual advice. After giving you only 2 minutes of his time, he can tell you that you require 4 hours of his time and the associated cost estimate (but he is too busy until 3 - 4 weeks time) plus the fact that he has given you 2 minutes of his time which equates to your free 30 minutes, what a rip off.

Fairfield branch is even less helpful but promptly respond to emails which is a minor plus. However the email reply (no name provided which suggests a lack of professionalism) was condescending as I was 'educated' that I should not provide information and required questions as this is not how law firms work in regards to an initial free consultation. Surprise, surprise three other law firms had no such issue with the same email, what does this suggest? I thought smaller firms might be less money hungry but I was wrong. Dellios are not there to help but only to get your money first then give advice (whatever that might be and at what standard) but they were too busy because they were not interested. Spend your money wisely and go elsewhere, as this law firm epitomises why some lawyers / firms have bad reputations and should be avoided.

Be aware that this firm charge hundreds of dollars for your first appointment. They fail to mention this before the appointment, only sending a bill weeks later once you don't sign up with them.
