I note that all other reviews are not for Camp Pincham itself but for the walks nearby (which are spectacular, very well maintained, and do indeed deserve 5 stars).

Camp Pincham, however, like most of the other walk-in camps along the route, is directly adjacent to the track and quite small and limited in terms of space and organisation. We booked and paid but arrived to find the limited space already taken by several groups, with nowhere left for us. NPWS should not be charging extra for such an average campsite, and should probably look into establishing some better walk-in sites that are properly off the main track.
