The service and friendliness of staff from the moment of arrival to time of departure was exceptional and professional. The hotel facilities and the room were clean well equipped and beautiful. We had a wonderful stay at an outstanding property … thank you Ramada Shoal Bay, we will return as soon as we can.

Wonderful experience. We had a couple of little challenges However the staff bent over backwards to assist and provide a solution. Special mention to Phil the manager during our stay.
The location is beautiful and the associated country club caters for all our needs. The apartment we stayed in was wonderful with excellent water views and a hop skip and a jump to all activities near by.
Definitely will be heading back

Gorgeous room with everything you need for a stay of a week or more and with stunning views of the bay. Multiple options for eating out within walking distance and a small IGA close by if you want to cook for yourself. Indoor pool for those who don't like the sand or the heat. Parking nearby. Loved it, can't wait to go again.

Great view across to the beach. Good restaurants close by. Nice apartment with good inclusions. Very nice outdoor pool area and indoor pool and three spa areas, also used the game room. 2 days stayed not long enough - will definately return.

Chris from The Ramada Resort at Shoal Bay went out of his way to make our stay special and at a great price. He upgraded our room which was amazing, not to mention the special touches in our room to make it really lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for him.
The service was excellent and Chris and all staff at the resort were 10/10.

Great service - always there to help, clean/tidy modern rooms. Beach right across the road and restaurants, iga etc walking distance. Lovely outdoor/indoor pools with gym & a gr8 little games room. We wil b back 4 sure 🥰

Overlooking one of the most beautiful views in the world, this resort is exceptional in every way. The apartment rooms, the secure parking, the unobtrusive but efficient staff and the position combine to provide an exceptional place for memorable stay.

Recently came back to Ramada after their renovation period and wow! Props to Zach who made my partner and I feel so welcomed and provided all the info of the property, restaurants and amenities in an easy going and friendly way. He even went out of his way to provide complimentary wine for my partners birthday :) Ramada is the perfect location as a first -timer to the Shoal Bay Area and an unforgettable stay with lovely staff all round and a beautiful location of the bay :)

Love this place. Staff are great willing to help when requested. Rooms are fantastic, amenities plenty.

We stayed in the Heritage apartments. Our unit overlooked the main street, with a view to the bay and jetty. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was king-size. There was a corner spa bath and large shower. There are plenty of options close by for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as a small supermarket and chemist within walking distance. The staff were very welcoming and allowed us early entry to our room so we didn't have to drag our bags around the Bay while we were sightseeing. We had perfect view of both sunrise and sunset.

Great stay. Appartment was great. The indoor pool was good.

We had the best stay at the Ramada! The staff were amazing. A special shoutout to Blaze who helped us so generously and went the extra mile, especially with returning the kayaks!

The room we had is the 3 bedroom president suite, it’s has a huge balcony and it faces the sea. It has top notch amenities in the room, kitchen was very clean and fully equipped. The swimming pool and spa is very clean and it opens up till 10pm.

Stayed in the breakwater apartments. Very well maintained rooms, had an enormous balcony. Easy to walk to everything in shoal bay, plenty of places to eat and drink. Kids enjoyed the indoor heated pool and spas. WiFi worked well. Would stay again

This is our 3rd visit to the Ramada and we fall in love here even more with every visit. Great customer service perfect location and stunning view of the bay. The pool and spa area has had an upgrade since our last visit and we love the extra sun beds and cabana’s around the pool. We visit once a year in April but will try to visit twice a year as of next year.
The water view room is always where we stay and have had a different room every visit. Love the additional upgraded touches since our last visit including new cushions on lounge and bed. New bed head with built in night lights, new patio furniture, coffee table and bathroom hand soap, hair products and moisturiser, they smell amazing. Wifi was excellent too.

Great location with stunning views from our Deluxe spa room with water views. Our room was very clean and the same can be said for the rest of the resort. Pool area was very clean . Reception staff very friendly and helpful on arrival and departure. Close to several dining options. We will definitely be back for another visit.

One of the best places I have been to after covid ! Nice Clean New Fresh Lovely Staff 1 sec walk out to beach 1 sec back to pool, a bit chili indoor pool… food drinks breaky not really in house but maximum 1 minute walk around, almost everywhere we ate atound was 8/10… strongly recommended
