Donna created the most beautiful modern flower arrangement for a special occasion.
I’m in Sydney and called through to request flowers. Donna new exactly what would work and designed an arrangement which is so artistic.

The flowers were delivered on time and Donna sent me a message and this pic.

Rang late Saturday afternoon looking for a bouquet of flowers for a friends birthday, to be picked up ASAP. Donna was friendly, professional and extremely accommodating. An hour later I had an amazing gift!!! Highly recommended!

With the plague making travel difficult, I haven't been able to see my mum.

My mum decided to head up from Melbourne to visit her elder sister in Nambucca Heads prior to Christmas and of course is unable to return home. She turned 84 this week and I luckily chose Softscape Florist to arrange a gorgeous box of flowers for her as a surprise. I have had some dreadful experiences in the past with florists via the internet but have renewed by confidence now! The service and help over the phone was great and my mum (who was a florist when she was younger) adored her surprise. Thanks so much Donna for helping make my mum's day special.

It’s Wendy from my review on how u laughed at me when I rung to inquire about flowers I didn’t hang up on u I just said ok thank u and we hung up together the laughing was the upsetting thing u need to put something on your web site about how u run your business something like only made to order how do u know I want putting in a order for a week away u just laughed and dissed me next time be more professional when someone rings u and don’t lie when writing a comment back to a review it will come back and bite u on the bum
