Expensive, uncared for, with no booking confirmation.
Rude unprofessional manager who told me if your money is gone out if your account you have booked so take a look. No refund if you cancel one of your sites in advance. Only nice thing was the location. Charged us $70 per site and way below standard! Do youself a favour and pick somewhere else.

Run down and needs a lot of maintenance

This place is a real dive the owner is as tight as they come and doesn't even water the grass or allow you too because it cost money he charges outrageous amounts of money for electricity 3 weeks 400 dollars mean while he's got solar panels covering his entire toilet/shower block so hes most probably getting kick backs for that there's a boat ramp that looks like a motor cross track and the worst bbq area I've ever seen in such an establishment where the owner and a heap of his alcoholic mates drink flat out every day he's drunk every day the shower block stinks and the showers look like they have never been cleaned and what ever you do don't use the washing machines your clothes will come out with more stains then they went in there with and they will stink I honestly can' not believe someone is allowed to run a business like this surely he has some sort of a standard he is supposed to maintain this place should be shut down it is the worst accommodation I've ever come across
