Pinjarra Doctors

Having seen a few doctors prior, I happened to see Dr Emma Marshall at Pinjarra Doctors. She is the most kind, empathetic doctor one could ever hope to see. Totally professional, thorough and compassionate. Pinjarra Doctors is so much the better for having this doctor in their employ.

I am travelling Australia and have previously found it hard to get a GP appointment, often being told there were no openings for 2 weeks or not taking new patients. Anyway phoned today to try and get an appointment, spoke to a lovely receptionist who was able to offer me an appointment the same day. How amazing. And on arrival staff were friendly and professional. And Dr Sue was just lovely. Would highly recommend her. Did have a wait of about 30 mims but I know this is not unusual anywhere so it did not worry me.

Receptionists have exceptional customer service. Dr Oliver Smithe took the time to really listen to me and help me through a difficult situation. Excellent doctor, I highly recommend.

Staff here are wonderful to deal with. Always friendly and polite when dealing with them, and they are patient with any questions that you have. I have always had a pleasant experience going here and plan to make it my go to place whenever I'm in the area. Highly recommend.

Extremely frustrating to get through on the phone. Their fax and phone numbers are the same so if you call the ring goes straight to fax I have spent 2 hours trying to get through phone.its not appropriate for a doctors surgery and very stressful

the front desk staff are great. the prices are all over the place and the doctor doesn't spend much time or effort with any diagnosis then charges for a long appointment even if they are late and were only there for 10 mins. not a good place for me when i need help.

I have never experienced such appalling behaviour from a GP. Dr Yulia clearly had no knowledge in chronic pain management and wasn’t aware of the laws and regulations. When she found out she had done the wrong thing, I copped it and she spoke to me in such a rude, derogatory manner. Then she got her South African practice manger to try and make out I had done something wrong. South African women are rude, arrogant and aggressive by nature. All my legal medical rights were breached. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone.

I called to make a booking at a BULK BILLING GP. They requested a $50 deposit which I never got back, plus once I had finished my 2 minute appointment they then requested another $75! Saying that Medicare will refund me the full amount.. THIS IS NOT HOW BUCKBILLING WORKS!!
