Ordered some storage units from their online store for local pickup. Turned out one of the items was out of stock but I received prompt notification (within minutes of placing the order) and a personal phone call from their office as soon as they opened. They did have a similar item in stock which I thought would suit my needs, so we modified the order over the phone. As it happened the alternative was slightly cheaper. Again, within minutes I received confirmation of the refund of the difference. I went to the storehouse the same day and everything was as agreed and ready for pick up. Inside the packages was good solid stuff, which was very easy to put together. Very happy with my purchase and with their excellent service. Would definitely consider purchasing from Creek Brothers again.
