A great modern renovation of the old Savoia. The sticky carpets are gone replaced with a sleek modern feel. Friendly staff and a varied menu the hotel will only improve even more as the new owners settle in. We ate in the bistro but you can also get bar snacks if you want to at one of the menu tables watch sports on the tv

Spent the weekend in Hepburn and had both lunch and dinner at the Savoia. Fantastic food served by the friendliest of staff. He new pub fit-out is fresh and open whilst still maintaining a country pub feel. Highly recommend the Six Brothers local beer.
We will definitely be back to visit very soon.

We are at Hepburn Springs for my 40th birthday and it's been so amazing, our meal at Savoia is just the icing on the cake. The food was amazing (we shared the charred Cauliflower, my husband had pork belly and I the pub staple of parma) and it was all amazing!
Topped off with an amazing conplementary birthday dessert that was completely unexpected, but so amazingly appreciated because it was super thoughtful and shows how wonderful and personal the staff are!
I would highly recommend, not only for the service, but also for the quality of food provided- OH! And the cocktails were also delicious!

We have had several pleasant experiences at the renewed Savoia. It's great to see things improve on each visit. Still a few teething problems but nothing that effects the overall experience. The food has been good on each visit.

The food is OUTSTANDING, the hosts and staff are super friendly and totally professional. The interior is very inviting having been newly renovated but with touches of the original heritage maintained. I have no doubt this will become a “destination” hotel.

Came on a Thursday night, which was parma night. $31 for a parma and pot. The parma was made with very good quality ingredients, and the rustic chips were excellent. Really enjoyed the whole meal. Highly recommend and would come again!

This pub has new owners, new staff, a new slick but very open interior, but great staff and fab food! We went as a group of 16 recently for an EOY Xmas function. We had the local's "Feed Me" deal ($59pp). There was so much food that come out - assorted entrees, mains with veg; desserts etc we actually had trouble getting through it all!
The food on offer was sensational and certainly plenty for everyone. No-one went home hungry - quite the oppposite. Everyone of our group were very impressed with the food offerings and we would like to thank the staff who were professional and friendly (and very patient with our group!).. Would happy return and highly recommend the Monday night "Local's Deal"!

Visited during Parma Night on Monday. Hearty portions, brilliant value and very tasty. Highly recommended especially when there are few options for dinner in town. Wonderful find that avoided us having to drive to a bigger town for food. Perfect evening to anyone who stayed til closing time at the Hepburn Bathhouse.

It's a typical aussie pub, which is a nice relief in a very price tourist destination.
Went in for dinner on a Friday Night and was not disappointed, place wasn't too busy and meals didn't take to long to arrive.
Will definitely be back on our next RnR in Hepburn.

We have eaten here 3 times over the last few months The new Chef has created the most delicious menu. The barrumundi was fresh and beautifully cooked. Look forward to visiting again. Well worth the drive from Ballarat. Old fashioned pub.

Very welcoming staff and amazing food! Great service. The vegan options were delicious!

A locals pub that welcomes non locals. Pool tables, a music machine, smoking areas outside, family atmosphere and really friendly staff. A great place to unwind, meet locals and have a yarn. No fancy pants or uptight people, dog friendly and the haloumi burger make for a great place to spend a hot night with your mates.

Typical country road pub. Food was good and the staff was friendly. They have a pool table and some tv displaying sports. Ususlly, you can see locals having a drink. Definitely stopping again on my way to Hepburn Springs.

My wife is a coeliac and finds it hard to eat anywhere. Problem is that most places claim to be gluten free but only cater for paleo. This place is TRUELY good for coeliacs!!! Nice little pub atmosphere too with friendly accommodating hosts. Five stars!!!

great food loads on the plate. i had rissoles and veg, wife had chicken parma. actually looked the same as on their web site which is rare these days. good price for these days as well. nice staff.

3 days open after massive renovation, looks great, food was excellent, friendly staff. Highly recommended.
