Absolutely beautiful place beautiful 🤩

This was recommended by work colleagues and it was only a few minutes from my stay.

I regret not knowing about this beach before. Clean beach, clear water, and beautiful sea colors, the pictures are no where near the amazing colours the ocean had.

Greens pool is a must to visit and if you like to swim, go for it. Simply loved it.

Best beach in the south for swimming and snorkeling. Only a few kilometres from Denmark. Lots of upgrades have been done to the car park and walk ways since our last visit. We come here about every second year for the last 20 years.

The locals call it The Aquarium and for good reason: the water is clear, lots of fish, calm, perfect for snorkel.
Very big car park, walk down the steps, entry from the beach and start to snorkel right away.
No toilets or any amenities, plan accordingly

The Greens Pool;
You have to stroll down to this pool. A certain portion of the water is green. Also you can’t fish in the green area. Theres lots of people visiting there on the holidays. Lots of parking. Toilets are available as well.

We had a wonderful time sunbathing and swimming while enjoying the clear, deep blue ocean waters. A line of rocks forms a natural border, creating a stunning natural pool along the seaside. Some areas were shallow and chilly, while others were deeper. We were lucky to spot crabs crawling beneath the large rocks. The weather was perfect for our beach outing.

2 Reviews here: Firstly, if I could give more the 5 stars, I would to the Food Truck business, that is parked in the Greens Pool carpark, Nary the lovely lady that is the Owner of My Favorite Kitchen Asian and Western foods food truck, OMG the best Crispy Chicken Sushi I have ever eaten, I could see the quality of all the food it was so delicous. Nary is such a lovely lovely lady as well, I told her her food is amazing and so good, I could have ate so much haha. Nary said she only uses premium quality foods, and the cost maybe higher, but I did not care, her food is worth everycent, and I was going home well fed with a long 5.5hr journery ahead of us. There are many selections which is good and caters to everyone, so good to eat on beach as well. Food available was fruit salads, rolls, all Aussie foods and the Sushi's, good cold drinks, support this lovely lady, you can see her passion for her business and catering to people, she is clean, and the good food she sells, wish I could bring her and her food truck to Perth hahaha.
2nd Review - Love, loved the Greens Pool most beautiful beach I have visited in WA, as a resident, that lives 5.5hrs south from here, and the first time we had ever been there, truly magical place, love the rocks, it is just majestic, mother nature finest. I cannot stop thinking about how beautiful it was, and so glad we experienced it. We went on Friday 23 March and the day was beautiful 27c, we could have stayed all day, so relaxing sitting on the perfect white sand, the water was cool but so beautiful and clear. We walked the rocks, scary at first for me, being scared of heights, and I did it, with the help of my partner holding my hand, or pulling me up hahahah, we ventured along many rocks, and you can sit on the edge and enjoy the water, or swim out, and have some protection from the indian ocean waves. After we did the rock walk, and went back to sit on beach, we noticed many people mainly older people struggle with getting down the rocks, either walking straight down or bumdraggin, big tip here, walk sideways slowly down the rocks, and it is actually easier coming down then going up, so walk sideways to get down, and watch the shiny rocks, very slippery This destination is worth every moment, when you reach the top of rocks, and see the ocean. So happy we went to see and explore and it was an amazing day, with so many beautiful photos to keep for our memories, We are going back again to spend more time there in the future.
Happy Days in WA :)

Great protected area on the south coast.
Well maintained road and car park that is sealed, allowing most vehicles (don't recommend large buses, caravans, etc.) to access the car parks.
A sealed path down to the timber steps accesses the beach, and it's an easy walk for kids.
The water is very cool all year round but is very well protected from the ocean swell and winds most of the year.
Beware of the rip towards the western end of the protected area. It is very powerful.
During busy periods, food and coffee vans are located in the car parks.

Breath taking views. A beautiful spot to sit and relax or swim if it is a warm day. Be careful of snakes!! Plenty of stairs down to the beach but well worth a visit. There are public eco friendly toilets in the car park. Parking is available and busy on warm days. Take hat, sunscreen, fly net, towels and swimwear along with plenty of water if going for the day. There are no shops or facilities near this attraction.

Travelled far and wide around the world and this is hands down one of my favourite places. It definitely is weather dependent but if you're nearby on a sunny, calm day you must do a swim here.

A peaceful place to visit. It is a busy place though. There’s lots to explore nearby too. There is yet Elephant Rock in about few hundred meters. We ten in group stopped there for a swim. Good place for all the ages.

This would have to be one of the highlights of our Perth to Esperance road trip. It is so damn beautiful. The water is just so turquoise and clear. I had a really great time snorkelling and swimming around the area. Yes it does get feel slightly touristy but you don’t really notice over crowding because everyone just spreads across the beach and the rocks. Heaps to explore for the kiddies. Very comfortable to swim around. I didn’t notice any rips purely because it’s sheltered by a big barrier of large rocks. You can have a look at my drone shots and see what I’m taking about. Super worthwhile checking out if you can make the trip! Didn’t have any issues finding a park either. Bathroom facilities available.

Really wish the weather was better for us when we visited. It would be amazing to swim here. Beautiful place with crystal clear waters, boulders, and a serene atmosphere. Short walk from carpark.
From Green Pools you can walk around the rock tops and get to Elephant Rocks. Worth the trek as you get to see this rock formations that look like a herd of elephants. We had so much fun, just jumping around the rocks. Take your runners for safety or walk barefoot.

Sheltered cove area, perfect for a swim and a picnic. Nice amount of people here today. The rock formations are stunning. Easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Updated and well kept bathrooms

Greens Pool and Elephant Rocks. Beautiful calm beaches with rocks that resemble elephants standing in the water. Very picturesque.

I didn't believe the photos but, wow! Water is crystal clear, limited seaweed and rather quiet for a warm Sunday. Worth the journey.

Completely magical. Calm and peaceful with such vivid aqua green water. Loved my icy swims here. Popular with all ages - great for very young kids as so protected.

Came here in end June and it was going to rain so the sky wasn't as blue as expected. Still a beautiful place to see and swim. Alas, we won't dress for it. Must bring boots next time. Easily asscessible via the bridge, a short walk from the carpark.
