My stay at the Quest for Life centre was a unique and beautiful experience. The grounds and facilities are perfectly appointed and maintained to support rest and restoration. Staff are authentic, knowledgeable and welcoming. I’m so grateful to Petra, Wendie and the team for their work. I arrived in January 2024, to do the Heal You Life program exhausted and emotionally depleted. Five day later, I left feeling confident and replenished with new resources and a practical framework to continue my journey through life.

Located in 9 acres of beautiful gardens, Quest for Life is a truely unique and wonderful place to find inner peace and healing. If you are going through troubled times, you will find calmer waters here.

A couple of weeks ago I attended Quest for Life "Moving beyond Trauma" program - almost 20 years since my last visit. Within a few minutes it was like my system had recognised I was back in a place of healing and nurturing, as I settled into my room and walked around the lovely grounds. I thoroughly enjoyed the program and feel I benefitted enormously from it. Gaining new skills while in such a nurturing environment, with caring, knowledgeable facilitators and support staff. Every aspect of it was exceptional - especially the food!!. I left with extra knowledge and a range of skills that are practical & easy to integrate into my life. The impact of collective wisdom of the other participants in the program cannot be overstated. I look forward to returning very soon.

Quest For Life provides amazing support and skills to not only cope but grow in the face of great adversity.
I attended the Healing Your Life Program to help me deal with a Stage 4 Breast Cancer diagnosis. The perspective I gained from research based practices has restored my authentic self and given me the strength, strategies and hope to live well and give the drugs the best chance of doing their stuff.

This place changed my life for the better.
It exceeded any expectations and the amount of work that was managed in only one week was amazing.
I definitely left like a new better person. So professional, healing, nourishing and wholesome.

In 2013, I was very ill. My organs were shutting down due to cancer attacking my body. I was ready to try anything so as to be able to continue living.

I was given Your Life Matters by Petrea King. I couldn't put the book down. I was determined to attend Quest For Life Foundation in Bundanoon. I also wanted to meet Petrea.

I contacted the office and organised my attendance at the retreat.

The moment I arrived at the retreat I felt like I was home. I was early, so I went to make a cup of tea. Then Petrea walked in. Such a beautiful soul. I was so blessed to have met her.

After attending the retreat, I had made some new friends and learned new strategies to survive and live with Cancer.

Since, returning home I did struggle but kept going back to my notes. I was in remission which was the best news ever.

It's been 8 years and I'm still in remission.

Fantastic place & program. As a stage 4 cancer patient Quest gave me a new outlook and a great set of practical tools to deal with my situation. But above all the program gave me an opportunity to meet a group of people who were in a very similar situation to me and it was chats with these folk that made for really fantastic week long program.

There simply are not enough stars in the universe to give to Petrea and Wendie, Quest itself and all the wonderful staff.
A week there is a life changer, and the nurturing of mind and body could not be bettered. Gratitude and love to all who facilitate this.
