I had to organise a blood test for my two year old which I was extremely anxious about. Rang around town everywhere to most places saying no. They told me they could organise it here. I spoke to I think Victoria was her name and she made sure they’d have 2 staff on to help me out. We went in and both herself and Bri were INCREDIBLE with my toddler. They went above and beyond for her and were so patient. They made the experience for her quite positive and she actually left with a smile. Thank you both SO MUCH. Customer service and how you dealt with both myself and my toddler was more appreciated than you know!

Convenient opening times and little to no queues and a 24 hour turn around on results makes this a great collection centre to visit when needing bloods taken.

The lady who took my bloods was ready to take them within a 2 minute wait, friendly character who had a great convo as she was taking the blood and did her job with complete accuracy.

We where their about 5 minutes before closing, I was all around town the whole day trying to get a blood test done for the defence force, and even though they where about to close, the lady there was so kind she let me get the test done anyway. Amazing customer service and lovely people. You have my ultimate gratitude.
