Way better than you'd expect given its location. Very reasonably priced too. They do a few meals of the day, see the specials board as you walk in, that have easy faves like burger and chips to more funky options like a beef brisket benedict.
Big cake selection and the coffee was pretty good. On the stronger side so don't order extra strong unless you really want it that way.
Service was fine despite what other reviewers say, remember they work at a cemetery serving people who've just been to a funeral so they aren't meant to be all smiles and rainbows for every customer.....

Have been enjoying this cafe for the last couple of years now. Food is fabulous from the display and kitchen menu very appealing. Staff are always friendly and I commend them for their respect and smiles during what could be a very difficult personal time during a customers visit. Well done team Cafe Vita. I was not expecting the place to be good given its in the middle of a cemetery.

I do not regret coming in to check it out. The cemetery itself is a beautiful place to go for a stroll.

The Cafe was much bigger than u gad imagined and with modern decor. Next to it was a beautiful floral store.

The food was really good! A limited menu but they also sell cakes and sandwiches on display.

- Chai latte 👌

Will be coming back to try other dishes and dessert!

They also had a cute little area to sit infront of an electric fireplace.

my parents actually always went here to visit my deceased grandma 👵🏼 and never knew this gorgeous cafe was just outside. we would be sure to return in the future ✨😌💯we popped by after our lunch to pay our respects and it was a lovely afternoon with fam 🥰 🪷🙏🏻

Lovely, clean, well set cafe, with good coffee and food and helpful staff, delivering excellent customer service. Cafe looks onto beautiful gardens and is attached to the florist shop with parking and toilets very close by.

Went for breakfast, yum, great service lovely and friendly. Bought from the shop nice ladies. I recommended it to someone else, and they went for coffee and cake.

I love Cafe Vita. Great food. The jazz is always great and it is a lovely way to brighten a visit to loved one's graves. We often go for a glass of wine or coffee and food before going to my dad's grave. The cafe is always lovely and staff so helpful. Now we have a small child again, sitting outside by the playground was great for our 3 year old.

Love the atmosphere of this cafe and their coffee. Good quality of food with reasonable price. Only $ 6.00 for a bacon and eggs English muffin come with a hot plate. I feel blessed on a Sunday morning.

Just a great place to visit past loved ones and remember them, enjoy the extraordinary gardens no matter what the season, have a delicious meal and feel like you're been somewhere special. And it's all so close to home. This is one of the gems of the southeastern suburbs and one of its best kept secrets. Enjoy.

Food is always delicious. Staff are fun, and polite, cafe is clean and a great place to catch up. It's so peaceful. Watching cheeky bird stealing sugar. Thoroughly recommend it.
