I truly cannot comprehend the negative reviews for this practice.

The facilities are clean and tidy, the receptionists were friendly and efficient, and the Doctor was approachable and competent.

I just went here because it's close to home and they have online bookings. The fact it's a bulk billed practice is just a bonus.

I have been to Dr Sarita for 3 times, 2 times for me and once with my mother. All 3 occasions, I found her to be very precise. She did all the relevant investigations and gave advice that would help long term rather than short term solution. I think she talks to the point rather than scaring or confusing the patient. Also the reception tries their best to help out, when an appointment is needed. In these times where there are staff issues, I find that they give their best to accommodate people in need. Physiotherapy Nirav and Andrew the nurse are great too. Thank you.

I required an urgent appointment yesterday, the receptionist booked me in within half an hour. It was the first time I had been here.
Dr Pham was thorough and compassionate and explained everything really well.
I am used to feeling rushed in appointments with other clinics and this was not the case with Dr Pham.
I even got a follow up phone call the next day and the reception team also emailed me what had been discussed.
The care and follow up that was done went above and beyond anything I could of expected!!

Doctor Sarita listened to my concerns and addressed every issue with compassion and professionalism. She is informative and advises on matters that I did not question. She did not rush my consultation and is always very friendly and polite. It is always a pleasure to see Doctor Sarita. Everything that I required from my consultation was completed satisfactorily.

Dr. Sarita Kotur has been our family GP for over 20 years and have found her diagnosis to be extraordinary which has saved lives on more than one occasion. She is always polite and spends time to understand the ailment before recommending treatment. The other staff at the Union Medical Centre are equally polite and look after the wellbeing of the patients visiting the clinic. Fortunate to have a GP like Dr. Sarita Kotur whom we can trust.

My family & I have been seeing Dr Sarita for approximately 30 years. She is a very intelligent, conscientious & a caring person. She is a brilliant doctor & knows her job. We would never think of replacing her for anything in the world. Thank you Dr Sarita.

Came to this centre twice and was always happy. Especially thankful to Dr Andrew Toh who is very professional and considerate. He double checked with another senior doctor to confirm my son's situation and gave us detailed information about the virus. Later on we missed the follow-up appointment, he gave us a call to ask about how my son is going. Never meet a doctor like him and we are so impressed by his kindness. Also recommend Dr Thein who is a thorough and caring doctor. Will always come...

Dr Sarita is a wonderful caring person and a professional in her field.
We have been patients for many many years now and She has treated my family/myself with utmost respect and care. I feel in these reviews people have misinterpreted rude with direct and thats not fair. You need straight answers when visiting your gp and a person with the drive to better health.

I really don't get what's up with the negative comments and ratings. Surely there was a waiting time but that shows how many loyal customer were waiting and kept coming back for the service. Plus Dr. Sarita treated me with her utmost profesionalism and God bless her for that. Well at least that's it from my honest opinion. Kudos!

This one is big shout out to Dr Sarita for helping me to put through to a specialist for my feet
I had stubborn flat feet pain issues over the years which when casually discussed with Dr sarita, she exactly knew what I was talking about and referred me to the specialist
And mind you it’s not that I didn’t consult other doctors and podiatrist over the years
Eventually got it fixed and I am enjoying life even more

Please DON'T get the two DRs mixed up !!!!!!
its DR SARITA KOTUR who you need to see. you should call between these hours MON ,TUE,THUR 8:30am TO 1:50pm and WEN ,FRI 2pm to 6:50pm . And alternating SATURDAYS as she has her own secretary who is the best. She specializes in so many areas and speaks multiple languages just ring and make an appointment so you don't have to wait, but if you just turn up she will always fit you in. Her patients are very important to her and she gives you her full attention.

my family and i travel from Richmond ,Middle park & South Yarra to see her.

Please don't get her mixed up with the bad reviews
they don't apply to Dr Sarita Kotour!
