I've been seeing Dr Hong since 2015. She has been amazing from day one. Super friendly, easy to talk to, supportive and always offers sound advice. I always have confidence when I am in her care. Reception staff are also very lovely and friendly!

I met Doctor Fiona Hong many years ago. She's dedicated to her job and goes out of her way to make a difference.

Fiona is professional, respectful, kind, compassionate, reliable and helpful.

The entire team in this clinic are to be commended for the excellent service that they provide - they always do their best to assist patients, despite very short notice. Recently, I believed I was prepared for a periodic early morning procedure, but I had neglected to obtain a new referral from my GP, without which the procedure could not be performed. The clinic receptionist immediately organised a referral from the doctor on duty, via internet and hard copy, so that my procedure was able to be completed as scheduled.

This clinic also provides consultation via phone and will use email to send test results or referral letters, all of which greatly improve their patients’ access to treatment.

I highly recommend this clinic.

Great Staff and Doctors

Listed as open Sundays on Google but it is closed.

Fiona Hong is the MOST clueless doctor that has ever existed. Avoid her at all cost, I really wonder how she became a doctor. Visited multiple times and her typical response would be "oh, I don't know".

Wellness super clinic is NOT super but pretty mediocre. They don't take new sick patients. Never heard of this before. The lady at the counter told me to go elsewhere. How these businesses survive beats me.
