If you're after cheap or non-expensive food items, mostly snacks and imperishables, this is a great place to spend your money and donate to a good cause.
Also loved the op shop within the store, everything is reasonably priced. Cute little cafe as well with many locals always having a nice cup of coffee.
Friendly environment, and the staff are very inviting.

Fantastic place to grocery shop and the cafe is wonderful, lovely roast meals, Thai dishes and delicious dessert and coffee. A lovely Op-shop as well.

Brilliant experience in the food centre and a very happy staff ready to help find what you need and have a chat and coffee if that's what you need there only to happy to be able to help 😀 ast day today and then closed till next Thursday light meals Thursday and Friday stake sandwich is a easy day for us so come down and have a coffee or something cold soft drink and water cold as well and have a feed or try something sweet from the cake menu all great food and you might even enjoy yourself while having a chat with new and interesting people who are around the centre at Gepps cross all welcome and why not see what is on offer in the shop or browse through the op shop for a bargain or two but most of all good customer with plenty of story's and great food and drinks and enjoyable experience all around so come down to the food centre Gepps cross and be prepared for a good time with friends. Previously known as Community Food SA this place is brilliant when you are on a tight budget but can be accessed by anybody. The toiletries, cleaning products & pet food are sold at amazing prices.

They are a non profit organisation almost fully staffed by volunteers who provide you with a positive and friendly shopping experience.

If you are short on a dollar or even if you aren't. Excellent community store. Thrift, mini mart, free bread, pre packed meal kits and a lovely Cafe. The quality coffee is a nice surprise!

Love the zip lock bags. As a couple we can also use bag it comes in to freeze the extra in the bag. Place bag in the container you will reheat in, then remove container when frozen, This helps with defrosting before cooking as it fits perfectly frozen into reheat container.

Beautiful and very cheap lunch. Bought two packed meals which were very tasty. Well worth a visit.
