Harry from the store did an exceptional job today. He went above and beyond just to help me out because we have messed up our online order. However, he kindly offer us a hand and help me fix it. Really appreciated the effort.

Prices are good, massive selection. Also able to buy expensive top shelf products that aren't usually available at other places which is good for a birthday present etc. Sign up for a Dan Murphy's card to get the best discounted price available. Staff friendly and helpful.

Click and collect, just like every other Dan Murphy's, mind you the staff are always friendly even though it was 38c outside.

Large variety and selection of liquors. Decently priced, neat and tidy. Also arranged the liquors in pricing from left being the cheapest to premium expensive on the right.

Although All liquor stores excite me, I find Dan more convenient and they beat the price. I'm the kind of person who doesn't have a particular choice hence likes to grab the best available deal. Membership doesn't harm especially when you don't have to carry your membership card.

Utterly appalling..at this time of year
No service at all. Needed help to find a certain wine. Said it was in stock. No help whatsoever. I don't complain at all .but I'm furious. Thank goodness I spent $300 at First Choice... won't be back ..she is only there for the money... you're wasting your money Dan Murphy.

The assistant was very help, advised me to join their loyalty program to save me money on my purchases. Smiles and holiday cheer was presented in the store.

This store never ceases to amaze me. The staff are friendly & knowledgeable, the stock range is great with quality brands available (& even the little SA wineries are supported here too which is good to see). They always have what you want & every time I walk in that door I get exceptional customer service & take home a great product at a good price. This is why Dan Murphy's Gepps Cross is my go to store.

Wow what can i say was overwhelmed with how big the store was and the variety of drinks they had to offer ... Plenty of sales always going on there and you save money at the same time ... Cheaper than other bottle shops I've heard ...

The size of this store is unbelievable...it is massive..I have never seen such an array of brands ..bottles certainly never the varieties available. .I am a Dan Murphy's member and usually go to the Welland store .. but next time I need to shop and I am out that way I will be going in again..
