helpful worker that show commitment to there workplace William helped me with one of my uber jobs i had and showed me the layout of the store, i found him taking time out off is job to help me was a great way to show customer service

today, I asked for these to boys, William and Denial and they showed me where the eggs are and helped me reach the coconut water I was looking for. Great staff

Shoutout to one of the managers/supervisors (Maddie?) and the other worker helping out at the checkouts yesterday afternoon. One of the other customers was being very rude and entitled, making the poor worker scan through all of her items at the self checkout and not even trying to learn how to do it herself. Then she continued to yell at the worker while she was trying to help me. Maddie jumped in very quickly to help out and defend the other worker, and even told the entitled woman to not come back if she was going to behave like this. I love a good manager that will stand up for their employees.

I met a pretty Australian street girl who had trouble with her self. I helped her out with a conversation and therapy. She called me sire. Long live baby. We young forever.

Great little coles with a whole bunch of specials, has alot of stuff that larger coles supermarkets have just not as much stock so i was able to find everything im used to getting from a coles supermarket, i always like the specials they have on at coles supermarkets. Thankyou

As usual Coles. We always try to get the discounted items and aim to get petrol ticket to help reducing our expenses in petrol. Otherwise this shop is great in providing us the items and groceries that we need. Very recommended.
The staffs were helpful, the store was neat and clean.
However due to increased petrol price, the price of items have been increased too.
Still recommended.

Recent changes to the store layout has vastly improved finding items in the store. Changes to the car park have also helped the traffic flow. Still not a full sized store but there are enough items to make the trip worthwhile.

Got very good polite help when searching for a cooking ingredient and followed up with help at the checkout counter which was very much appreciated 8

Warm and super friendly and helpful, a tiny supermarket but this, instead of being a disadvantage, makes it so easy to come in and get what you need and get back home quickly. Also the staff(girls) are all very, very, very pretty and friendly! oh and smart and pretty oh I already said that, um oh yeah it's a great supermarket, to . . . Shop!!! Bye🤐

A different store layout to what I was used to but an easy store to shop in. Clean, compact store with the usual stuff, veggies looked fresh. Staff are pleasant. Parking is ample, come here for convenience. The store facade has remained the same for a number of years. Packed with supermarket stuff.

At about 6pm on Wednesday 4/5 we couldn't find what we were looking for, so asked a young man who was filling shelves. His name is Vinh, and he was delightful, he knew exactly where the product was hiding and was happy to take us to that spot. He was friendly and chatty and made us laugh, and he was wearing a lovely smile.
Vinh is a customer service champion, as he really brightened up an otherwise dull old visit to the supermarket. We visit this store every 2 days, and next time we need to know anything, we'll look for Vinh. ***Managers please note: Staff who provide a great customer experience should be acknowledged and well looked after. Vinh's a keeper.

Some of the staff here are very friendly and some good offers too. However this Coles location is NOT recommended to visit after sunset as too many possibly drug/alcohol affected people hang around the front begging and intimidating customers. Has been reported several time to management and also thru the survey programs however nothing changes. There is security(one person) deployed late arvo but there is nothing much the security guy can do as I have witnessed incidents several times and nothing is done. So if you are taking the kids around to shop here my strong suggestion DO NOT GO HERE. If you can drive a bit further to parkmore its much safer there. Still the same even now.

Good one for late night shopping as they open till late night. Though its not that big but you can have your basic shopping in reasonable price that save your time and money. I have been there several times all of them was late night. Was in hurry as they close at 12am. They was announcing their closing time so I had to made my shopping quick.

It's not that complete in their collection and stock. But plus point for them is the Halal section provided.

Thanks to the staff at Coles, my son left some $s in the bucket and the staff was courteous enough to return it next Day upon enquiring....kudos team Coles Noble Park...5 Stars to you

Everything is great... But there's no , small packs of coca cola , and even they shouldn't charge for branded carry bag .

Easy and convenient shopping at Coles. A great place to shop for local community. All your daily household items located at respective aisles. And of course great specials every week. HAPPY SHOPPING TO ALL DURING THE CHRISTMAS SEASON. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ONE AND ALL!!
