Three years ago, I purchased a house in Hayborough through Harcourts South Coast, my place by the beach where I intend to spend my retirement. The thing was, retirement was six and a half years away, so I planned to rent my house out during that time. That was when I was introduced to Mandy Strauch, my Property Manager...

I live in Melbourne, and don't often get to Haybo, so I need a Property Manager I can trust to look after both my house and my tenants. Mandy is that person. Last year, the original tenants moved out, and new tenants moved in. Mandy handled the whole process with benchmark professional efficiency, from detailed exit reports, to screening the applicants, and establishing the new lease. I wanted to welcome my tenants to their new home, so Mandy even took them a fruit basket, nothing was too much trouble. This year, the second tenants are moving out, and new tenants will move in. Mandy is handling the process again and I have complete confidence in her ability to manage the transition.
