I had a really positive experience here. I was quite apprehensive because I was unsure how to order and purchase, but the staff member that was there was very helpful and we easily ordered the part I needed and I only had to wait 10mins for the part to be found in the warehouse and delivered to my hand. While waiting I was able to check out some PC cases, graphics cards, racer style chairs, PlayStation steering wheel & pedals, and a flight simulator controller. Overall I'm very impressed with Umart and will be returning for my next PC build.

Very helpful staff. Items need to be ordered online; if you are at the store, you can do this through your mobile phone or through the pc access provided at the store.

Amazing store full of PCs and gaming chairs to order in store from. Great customer service experiences when a gpu and ram I bought was faulty. They will even do RMA for MSY even if you bought it before they combined

Excellent experience buying PC parts. Website is intuitive but simple. Staff are friendly and helpful and the service was efficient. Cant ask for more. A full new PC of parts and I received a pickup notice with 20 minutes. Great stuff.

This is a pick up point for MSY and Umart's online range. Very quick and friendly customer service. I had no idea this is what it was. Regardless they directed me to place my order and then to give them number. Very good, efficient and friendly service.

Friendly service and very willing to help with my order, also took the time to show me other options, even the cheaper options (most places try to up sell). Had a nice chat while the order was being processed in and we were in and out without placing an order prior within minutes and as a new customer, they gave me a free bag 10/10 will be recommending to friends and family.

As stipulated on their website, they don't do walk-ins and I have no issue with this. This is clear and simple. Click and Collect service has been very smooth, and the workers were helpful in carrying out bigger items to my car without hesitation.
