I’ve been using Savwinch for the past nine years. I run a commercial fishing charter business and have loved the fact that they help you out when and where ever you are.

Had a Savwinch installed at Tulla the other day and the service and quality look amazing and while I haven't properly tested it on the water we did give it a small run and looks and works well. I've had many electric winches on differing boats in the past 25 years. This one just looks and feels more robust and love th e slider anchor as well.

Had my Savwinch installed today. Could not be happier. Not much room in the Freedom sport, but Shane was able to wrestle a reinforcement plate in the boat and fit the unit in a small anchor well. Was even able to sleeve my cover over the anchor... just. Everything is quality. Bought the full stainless setup for the extra durability.

Been a huge fan of Savwinch & finally got my own.
Got to meet Nick & James. Awesome people! Got me a great deal for my winch kit & gave me a tour of the facility.

Just purchased this new Savwinch SSS Series Drum Winch! With the full 316th stainless steel and the 7 year warranty I think it’s fair to say that I’m in good hands.
The sales team at Savwinch have been nothing but helpful. James helped me pick the correct winch for my boat and gave me a few options before the purchase. I’m glad that they are not just a sales team but also use there own products in the water. They are are reputable company and there products are a grade above the rest.

Every boat should come out with one of these installed. It makes going fishing or just using the boat for day trips so easy to anchor. It now makes the boat more usable by being able to get on the that fishing spot with ease. I did get the bow of the boat modified (Arnold's Fiberglass) to get the anchor away from the boat added a bit more cost but it's worth every bit of it. I was able to fit the winch an do all the electric's. Pretty straigth forward. I did mount it to heigh at first so that was the only issue I had. Probably took 2 days total. The boat is an Alison 19.5. The hatch cover has not been put back on as I don't see a need for it to go back on. So Good Thanks!

Great product wouldn’t look past a savwinch. The guys at Tullamarine savwinch where very easy to deal with made the whole process easy and done a great deal on the product.

My first contact with savwinch was with an email enquiry .The next day I got a Call from Nick at Savwinch .Nick spent time explaining the various winches and what was best for my boat . He answered all my questions clearly and explained the pros and cons of the options available .We decided on a setup and then a date was organised. Shane installed the winch along with an additional battery. Shane’s workmanship was first rate and the turnaround to get me back on the water was extremely fast. Great range of winches. Low current draw and super quiet motors. Love the SSS range. 316 stainless drum, motor and gearbox.

Nick and all the guys were brilliant to deal with, the communication and booking process were excellent and Nick treated the fit up process like he was dealing with his own boat. In fact during a quick chat while dropping the boat off and mentioning I was a diver he upgraded me to a heavier anchor as he said I'd really ordered the wrong one and he wouldn't have been happy letting me leave with the smaller anchor. Can't recommend them highly enough

We ordered the 4000SS for our boat in Vancouver, Canada. The price was competitive with winches made in the US, however - from our research - the workmanship and reputation of Savwinch was superior to anything we could get here on this side of the water. Callum's customer service through the whole process was second to none: fast response times to email, friendly and informative in his correspondence, and very helpful with the import process. Received the winch in pristine condition within one week of ordering it from Australia. 6 stars!

I have a 4.5m half cabin Mustang with a tiny anchor well,the 880SS winch fitted perfectly into the space,it was tight but I did not have to make major alterations to the well,no cutting of the walls or fiber glassing was required,the winch was so simple to wire in and there was no issues with the switches,I have had the unit now for 12 months and have not had a problem,I fish Western Port where the depths range from 10mtrs to 38mtrs and I have some very fast running tides but so far the winch has not missed a beat and my back is so happy,I hope the photos help you see how small the anchor well is as I never thought i could fit an electric anchor winch.Very happy good fishing to you all.
