I have visited this clinic for many years and have never experienced any of the complaints that l just readin reviews. Are we talking about the same place? Reception is always friendly nurses caring and friendly while doctors are patient and professional. Maybe some of you need to look at your expectations and realise you are one of many and a little patience and caring from you might bring a more positive attitude. If you are not happy say so at the time don’t get on line and complain. There may be faults on both sides and not everyone has the same expectations in life. Take care stay well and be mindful

I have been a patient here for many many years and I can’t believe what has been written about the staff and doctors at this clinic. I have nothing but praise for all of them as I am a patient that requires ongoing treatments. But then I have seen the way some patients threaten the staff here and abuse them on many occasions. People should start treating others in the same manner as one would expect others to treat them maybe it’s not the clinic it’s the people that frequent it. If you feel you were treated that bad maybe it all started with you. Understand appointments may not be on time because it is a matter of patient urgency that determines priority.

I lived in this area for 12 years of which last 9 I would visit this clinic. Never had any issues apart occasionally I'd have to wait mainly due to not having booked the appointment. Staff were still friendly and accommodating. Doctors are professionals, the treat my symptoms to their best ability. People need to understand that staff and doctors deal with lot of people and it takes time to process and administer everyone. It's not a local McDonald's where burger has to be served in 5min otherwise we go across the road to Hungry Jack's!

I have been attending this clinic for many years. This team has never let my family down and have always been caring. Nurses and staff are always able to attend to queries we may have. Recently I had to change doctors due to Dr Bahrami leaving and decided to go with a female doctor, Dr. Alma. I wish I did this sooner only because she is very thorough in investigating any female related issues. Dr Bahrami was great, however Dr Alma has really looked into some of my on going health issues and finally got to the bottom of these issues which was a huge relief. Even when it comes to the little ones she really takes the time to investigate and assess all of our concerns. I really hope that management takes care of her so we don't lose another precious Doctor.

Last night I was rushed to the treatment room as I got severely burnt on my hand. The nurses were amazing, the front staff were very helpful and although I needed to wait a while for the doctor it didn't matter. When it comes to health the last thing im worrying about is the time im waiting. Thank you all so much for looking after me yesterday and today. You guys did an amazing job.

I’ve been a patient of the RP Super Clinic for nearly 20 years now & have seen medical practitioners and admin staff come and go.

I stayed and have never left because:
1. The Doctors Practice is second to none. My current GP, Dr Natasha NB, understands my needs and my 91yo mum is in the best of health, simply because of her.
2. The nurses that have left (Teneil and the current nurses (Dana, Pushpa & Kay) truly love their profession. We feel their love, support and care during each visit, a very personal and fulfilling experience.
3. The receptionists, Radika (spelling) and many others who have moved on, are very welcoming. They call me by my name, amazing how they remember!

My family and I are very happy to be under the care of this family clinic.

Highly recommended.

You are waiting for genuine service !

If you got rushed in and out because they just gave you false answers to make you spend money on scripts then how is this worth going to a doctor ???

Doctor Sayema has genuine respect and care for her patients and does nothing but try to improve my health.
5/5 service if you want to get rushed in and out and not have to wait then go somewhere else and not get better health.

I feel very well looked after. Highly recommend Dr Natasha Nikolovska-Buzevski! She is making sure that you understand your current condition and explains it very well! She really taking her time for each patient!

Any chance of you guys fixing your online booking app? Become a joke. I'm giving 5 stars only because of Dr Ovida but if I call a again only to hear some auto message than after a while told to hold and than wait to only be told it's booked out before I can even give a day or time than I'm going to lose it. Fix the online app or get a new one.

I go to Dr.Ovida Vipulaguna for past 10 years.
Absolutely he is one of the best Medical practitioners I met. We are glad to have him as my family doctor. He is very skill full and highly qualified for the profession. I saw that He had genuine passion to help patients.
Radhika from Reception is very helpful. There are few nursing staff who give out standing service.
Some receptionists are reluctant to change tthe TV channels during adults seens are telecasting while kids watching. I mentioned few times to receptionist to change as sex seen on tv. But they did not change. I will give less than one star for them and management. I can't stop comming because of my family doctor and some frendly staff.

I gave blood many times at this clinic and i always found the nurse to be very polite and professional at her job

I love this place all the staff go out of their way to help out everytime. Ive had almost all the doctors and they have all been amazing.

Dr Ovida is the guy to see! Highly recommend, he is very patient and thorough, and listens carefully to your concerns.

Cannot fault this place. Staff and Drs are excellent. Compared to my previous family Dr Clinic this place is so much better.

Fantastic staff and exceptional service. Had an emergency yesterday and they where so prompt to help and take care of me.

Always had a great experience they have shown my family and I respect.
