Moses Rock Hikers Campsite

This campsite is walk-in only and for hikers of the Cape to Cape trail. There is a bush toilet (bring your own toilet paper) and non-potable water in a tank which needs to be treated and/or before consumption.

One of my favourite campsites along the Cape to Cape thanks to the ocean views a short walk away and the sheltered camping spots under the trees.

Nice campsite with lots of shady and sheltered flat sites. I spent 2 nights here with gale force winds and heavy rain and survived. Toilet and water tanks. Couple of benches in the open.

Moses Rock campsite is located right on the Cape to Cape track, just south of Honeycombs Beach. Positioned above the shore line with great views up and down the coast. The campsites are nestled amongst the windswept trees providing some weather protection. Mininal facilities, including a rainwater tank. We were day hiking, however some overnight campers mentioned that potable water was scarce. Still, this would be a magic campsite to wake up to.
