Had to exchange lots of coins, staff were friendly and helpful, was an easy process, and I did not have to wait for a cashier.

Was there for the first time. Only few people were in line still need to wait long time. Then guy in the front serve us which he could do lot earlier. They either need more staff or efficient team. Lots of negative review means they are not doing what customer expect from them. I have been CBA before in Sydney branch but they were more friendly and quick to provide service even in log line.

Long wait time, to open up an account. There are workers around and in the back security door section. Bring those guys out to serve the people who are in the queue. Smh

We were finally given a date and time for our settlement. We waited for 3 weeks to get that date. We had everything ready with the other bank. We organised payments for others after settlement. Well the date and time came and went. Settlement didn't happen. NO PHONE CALL TO EXPLAIN. NOTHING. I tried to call Commbank. Got the answering machine. Grrrrrr beyond furious!

Very very poor. Went to cash my coins in, went to the outside one & that can only take 2kg at a time. So the lady said come inside & use the machine in there so I did then I had to wait 1/2 hour to be serve at the counter with only 2 people on & the line reaching the door.

My 15 year old daughter visited the bank today 2.30pm to change $134.55 in coins to notes. After her money was put through the machine and a receipt was printed she had to wait for one of the tellers to receive her money.
The Commonwealth Bank gave her $121.00 for her $134.55.
This is "highway robbery"
As soon as I have found out about this, I went back to the bank and asked for the manager to have this sorted out.
Jason the Commonwealth Bank Manager at the Albury branch was very rude.
He did advise me, that if I waited 40 minutes they would take care of the $13.55
But if I continued to discuss my issues with customers while I was waiting, then he would call the police.
This is a great example why we have such little trust in major banks.

I have been saving up money for the past couple of months in coins. I went into this bank and they took off 10% from my savings for a reason for which I don't know. I had a goal to reach so I could be more independent, now I dont have enough money for what I wanted to buy.
I don't know if they were just taking advantage of my age or this bank casually robs it's customers for extra profit.

ridiculously long wait times just to get a bank statement in an empty branch. I have never had to wait so long an anyother bank. Worst bank to have to deal with in person.

A whole new level of incompetence. I don't know if the two girls who "assisted" us knew what planet they were on. I would suggest finding a bank with competent staff who are interested in doing their job and providing a service.

Be nice if they could pick up their phones once in a while. Multiple calls straight to voicemail so no way to get help with my security problems.

Worst customer service I ever had by commonwealth Albury branch staff Tara. Totally unprofessional and rude. She has no idea what she talking about. Going to close my all accounts with commonwealth just because of her.
