A huge thank you to the publican for the warm welcoming to the pub and also staff was amazing (even though one is Collingwood supporter 🤣)
Had the pub burger, awesome could not fault the food and the excellent cold beer.
A great stop over if you’re looking for a warm welcoming pub.

We only stopped there for a coffee and have to say that this place should be used for shooting horror films! But the lady working in the bar was great! They had really good coffee, too. Unfortunately we were there between lunch and dinner so the kitchen was closed.

Service and meal in the pub was excellent. Rooms are very clean and well presented. Only problem was the tv cable was broken and we couldn’t watch the cricket 😂 hubby left his hat and glasses in the dining room so hoping they will send it to us. Wonderful stop when travelling from the north to cut across to head to the goldfields. Will def stop again.

Staff were very accommodating regards our two poodles, and we had a great table in the beer garden. Lunch exceeded our expectations, and the beer was lovely and cold. Thank you for a great experience.

The hotel is much better than I expected, room in good condition and it open until late. Local people enjoy their beer at the bar

We had lunch today at the pub and absolutely enjoyed it. My husband had the garlic prawns and he said it was delicious with plenty of awesome garlic sauce. I had the mango chili chicken and loved it. I will be having that again next time we are passing through. Excellent service by the staff. Thank you chef and staff.

Wonderful, friendly, welcoming staff! Steak sandwiches $10 and absolutely delicious! Fresh, nice thick steak cooked to perfection! Chips & Gravy ($7) both delicious also, the Chef was as kind as he was talented! See you next trip!

Not a five star motel but excellent food and service, cold drinks and comfortable rooms at a reasonable prices.

Friendly staff, delicious food; medium rare t-bone and chicken parmigiana. Country pub ambience. Reasonable prices and ample helpings.

Just enjoyed one of the best pub meals I have ever had ,anywhere. Place may be a bit old However, well worth the experience.

Staying elsewhere in town and came to the Railway for a feed - wish I was staying here instead! Beautiful old building with charm, friendly staff in bar and kitchen, delicious dinner and good prices. Even got a stubbie holder with my beer! That's usually a 💯 in my book.

Great stop over, plenty of parking across the road for trucks and Road trains.
