This place is serving the community very well.
It is conveniently located in the myall shopping centre with plenty of free parking lot.

The medical centre is next door, and other shopping centre shops are within the building. So, the visit can be of many purposes 😀.

Very disappointed in their Service. I bought a Natio Red Correction cream & when I went to use it, it was impossible to squeeze any of the cream out. It seemed like the cream was either empty or all dried up. I took it back the next day, with my receipt & after several staff (as well as the Pharmacist) tried to get the cream to come out ( without success), they told me I had to squeeze harder or cut the top off the nozzle. No refund or replacement was offered. Now against my better judgment, I left with my unusable cream. I have since bought another tube from elsewhere & it actually comes out of the tube freely.

All employees are extremely rude! Terrible service! will not be back! If no stars were an option I would have picked that!

Arrived at the pharmacy at 12:58 - they had the doors locked. My husband held up my prescriptions and pointed to his watch. Under suffrance a man opened the doors. We were told several times that they don't get paid after 1pm. Wow they made us feel terrible. If you don't like your working conditions maybe you need to retire. I consider a pharmacy as being part of the community working in conjunction with the medical profession. Today the staff at this establishment changed my mind.

Visiting Tea Gardens for the Easter break. Needed to go to the chemist this morning(Saturday). Checked online for chemists in the area & opening times. The opening time for this chemist was 8.30am. Turned up around 9am, along with othe people standing outside, to find it closed. There was no notice on the door advising of different times for Easter. Had to go to Coles and find alternatives.

Pharmacist not interested in offering a health solution - more interested in processing scripts.
