I have had the pleasure of attending Evado Studios for several years now. The staff are extremely friendly, caring and knowledgeable. They offer such a great range of services and are always so accommodating for all fitness levels. Keeping things fun, interesting, challenging and all with a smile. Excited for your continual growth and throughly enjoy the new level up pilates class! Great work guys.

I can’t rave about this place enough. I’m a young woman in her 20’s who has never been part of a gym before and was very nervous/intimidated to join. I was invited to a class by a work friend and it’s changed my life! From the moment I stepped through the door a trainer was there making me feel super welcome and at ease. The classes are fun, challenging and full of variety. The sense of community in the studio is so strong aswell for those looking to meet new people/make connections as well as work up a sweat. Honestly 10/10.

Evado is perfect for tailoring a plan specific to your body and chosen sport and gives you the flexibility to fit your training around family, work and sport. Since I've been training here I'm getting stronger, have started running pain free again and have specific goals to achieve which keeps me motivated to get back into the gym. Best of all my training is supervised to make sure what I'm doing is safe and effective.

Evado is an excellent studio. The culture is warm, caring and encouraging which sets the standard for all the clients who attend classes here. The trainers (Katherine, Dani and Brendan) are really knowledgeable and so supportive. I feel extremely lucky to have found such a wonderful community.

I’ve been with Evado since the beginning and cannot recommend the place high enough. Warm and welcoming staff that will encourage and help you grow with strength and flexibility. And most importantly will help sort you out when you damage yourself doing silly things like ultra marathons !

I highly recommend Evado Studios Nelson Bay. I personally love the Fitness Pilates class. The instructors do a great job at breaking down the movements on the reformer machines (even for a beginner!) and the classes are really enjoyable.

I started going to Evado just before lockdown. Utilising the two week free trial they have, I was able to experience a range of classes to establish what suited me.
I was impressed with the knowledge of the instructors. They ensure that the correct techniques are being followed or modify the exercise to suit. The environment is clean, equipment maintained and class sizes are small and friendly. I highly recommend.

Evado Studios at Nelson Bay is run by a James and Catherine and a team of fitness professionals that are knowledgeable, actually listen to you, and understand your goals and want to work with you. With a wide range of programs to suit any level of fitness, for any age, the studio is a perfect space for beginners and the advanced. Having someone to assist me with my fitness programs and Physio all in one area is convenient and assist me to achieve outcomes.

Awesome gym and lovely people! I saw Zac for 4 physio sessions and he has helped me recover from a lifelong wrist injury. He is a living legend. Thank you Evado! 🙌🙏

James & Katherine and their team at Evado provide focused classes and coaching, ranging from rehab to specific training. Their small group fitness classes offer a very personalised feel. Great environment, excellent support and staff.

Top quality Physio clinic in Nelson Bay. Excellent layout & feel, as soon as you step in you know that you will be looked after. As a Physio myself I can vouch for their professionalism & clinical skills. I have a cartilage injury of my knee which flared-up & had a session with Lachlan who treated me very proficiently. The assessment was very thorough & post treatment the knee felt great. I’ll definitely have another session & can highly recommend this clinic.

I absolutely love Evado Nelson Bay! Katherine, James, and the whole team, have created an extremely welcoming and non-judgmental environment. I hadn't trained in over 7 years and was hesitant to get back into it, being out of practice and lacking commitment... but now I actually look forward to working out!

Everyone at Evado (both staff and members) provide a supportive, welcoming and encouraging environment, it makes the early morning workouts enjoyable!

We have seen 3 different physiotherapists and have loved each one. All very keen, welcoming and knowledgeable. As are the reception staff. We will keep coming back.

After being involved in a serious motorbike accident in June 2020, I cannot recommend and thank the team from Evado Studios for their guidance, ongoing support and encouragement to get me back on track to reach my goals.. My individual program has been tailored to meet my needs both now, whilst regaining strengrh post-accident and getting ready to recommence my ultra marathon running and kayaking endeavours in 2021. The small groups setting gives a more.personalised and less intimidating experience, whilst the addition of Reformer Pilates in the schedule, provides an experience that no other gym can offer.. I would definately recommend Evado Studios to anybody that wants to mend, strengthen, tone or condition their body and succeed in meeting their goals..

Thanks to all staff at Evado Studios. So good to be able to be building strength up again - good to have a goal that i know i will get to - great to be so focused.
