Amazing customer service. Had a package that I needed desperately. The service assistant sent out a message to the drivers to keep an eye out for it and then called me at 4:45 to rush down and pick it up before they closed. I am very appreciative of the effort to assist me in getting the delivery I needed before the next morning.

Fantastic service. The team are always friendly, helpful and professional. Considering there are a lot of new faces, it is a credit to everyone working there how well they have settled in and risen to the occasion.

great customer service, tidy and clean store, shocking that they don’t open on weekends. Surely the town is big enough to warrant a half day on Saturday.

Asked to process an application with everything in hand ready to go, was told that i had to have an appointment booking.... and even though there was no one in the shop at the time had been denied and told that she was to busy. Never have i had to make a booking and never has an application ive required to had pricessed been longer than 5miniutes. Now it has cost me $400 additional in fee's by not being able to process this application today. Quite annoyed to say the least.

The rudest people in customer service ,the blokes are totally dismissive of customers unless you are a pretty female , and the lady behind the counter just doesnt want to serve anyone , huffing puffing and grunting and mumbling under her breath as she walked away to get my parcel. Well known in town for this rude behavior . Only one star or review cant be left otherwise no star rating .

Shocking customer service, think the ladies need to go and have some lessons on how to talk to people! No wonder they can not keep staff the way they talk to everyone is disgraceful.

The bloke in there is extremely rude and picked an argument with me because I got a parcel sent care of post office. If I could give zero star I would. This was done in front of customers , disgusting behavior

Google needs to update its details because the address is not correct for the TOM ORICE POST OFFICE. They moved into BETTA 12 months ago.
