Highly recommend. Best massage I’ve ever had. I came to Hill with a tight and sore back that had been that way for a number of days. I walked away from my appointment almost able to comfortably touch my toes (I couldn’t even bend forward before my appointment) and the muscle tension was almost fully relieved.

Excellent initial session. Hill was open to listening and understanding about issues relating to my injuries. He provided some appropriate treatment and offered strategies moving forward. Best treatment I’ve received in Alice Springs.

I was in intense back hip & leg pain whilst travelling & hiking.
I found Hill & he was amazing. He did a very thorough assessment of my needs & the treatment really helped me with the intense pain.
Hill suggested exercises I could do as I continue travelling to ease the pain.

Amazing. I have seen multiple doctors and specialists and undergoing regular physio treatment and have had ongoing issues. One treatment from Hill and I can actually move without pain again. Unlike any treatment you will ever have. Actually a PROPER remedial massage!!

After a couple of months on the road I was really feeling it in my lower back. I explained my situation to Hill and he did a physical assessment, then used a combination of gentle manipulation and massage to start to release the problem areas in my leg and hip. I not only came away from our session feeling much better, but also with more knowledge as to what I needed to do to avoid my muscles winding up in that state in future. Highly recommend!

Fantastic sports physio and message. He helps me with sports injury prevention. Not a traditional massuist so don't expect relaxing soft massages. He will help you with physio, injury prevention, understanding your weight and BMI readings.

Hill is a very skilled, experienced physiotherapist and is very passionate about helping us to feel-good, healthy and energized. Just 30 minutes massage my back pain is almost gone and I can sleep well without waking up in the middle of the night because of pain. Definitely highly recommend to anyone who would like to get back to their best.

Hill gives by far the best massage I’ve ever had. He’s firm but encourages feedback if it’s too tender, and finds and releases knots and tension that you didn’t even know you had.

I thought I was doomed! I have never experienced pain in my back until a few months back. I tried a Chiropractor, an Acupuncturist, massage therapy (a few times), and finally I tried Heal Young Massage. I have to admit, the day of the massage was rough, but the day after I could sleep without waking up in middle of the night crying from the pain, and after a week I was back to normal. He is the best Myotherapist that I even met.
I was having lower back pain and the physio can’t help with it, I was taking the painkiller with codeine, but after 2-3 visits to hill, I could stopped the painkiller then slowly got my life back on track.

Hill is an Amazing being, who truly cares for your well being. Now living in the northern territory, i needed great healing. In so many ways. Now I'm experiencing continued blessings for believing in myself.
Hill may be a little tough on your body, though i know he has awakened, awakening my body. Have had a bad hunch grow in my neck and shoulders. A lot of electric guitar carrying, along with big amps.
Only had 2treatments so far, but stand straighter and hunch shoulders are getting better, especially if i stretch each day.

I like the myofacial manipulation as hefocus on points that cause pain and is helping to reduce my plantar fasciitis.
