Target Alice Springs

I couldn't be more thankful to Larissa who went above and beyond to help me purchase & ship a product to Melbourne for my daughter's birthday. She was patient, professional, helpful, terrifically friendly and went to tremendous lengths to help me out over the course of week while I struggled to get my act together. She is emblematic of the kind of customer service that doesn't exist anymore and I hope the store manager is reading this but she deserves a raise! 😊

Today rang Target Alice Springs as they were the only store to have a product I was after. I spoke to Larissa. I did not expect for one second the service she offered. She organised for me to purchase my products and post them for me. It was all very simple. I had contacted target head office for a similar request recently which ended in nothing being possible. Worth ringing the store and getting that personal service. Thanks Larissa you made my day by your good service.

I've been a loyal customer of Target Alice Springs for the past 8 years and I wanted to share my experience with the customer service team, especially Jackie. She is an invaluable asset to the store, always providing a warm and welcoming environment that makes customers feel safe and comfortable. I have witnessed her exceptional work over the last 8 years and can't express enough gratitude for the kindness and attention she has shown me and other shoppers . I'm also aware that there are other team members who deserve recognition, and I will make sure to gather their names. Overall, I highly recommend this Target Alice springs , thanks to their wonderful staff!

The best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I had a decent sized list of items I needed, and one of the ladies working there took me to each individual section to pick up all that I needed (instead of giving a generic but understandable ‘aisle 5’ type response). A lot of care is obviously taken by the staff and I appreciate it. I was actually quite blown away by the great customer service here. Another lady even helped me take my items to the car. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Target is an awesome place to shop for very nice quality clothes, tech items and toys. Never have bought something here that doesn’t work or has holes in it.

The merchandising in this store is top notch, everything was perfect and full. I could have spent hours in there. This store team should be very proud of themselves. Store looks great!

Spoke to the manager about acquiring an item that was not available at an other store. Not only did he search and find the item for me but also arranged to have it delivered to my local Target store for me to pickup and pay. Thank you. You will have made my son extremely happy.

No, its not like the Targets in the USA… but this is not the USA. This target store has awesome staff. The senior staff have great product knowledge base, and all staff are really friendly.
There are a lot of products you can't get here in this store that you can get in other Target stores around the country, but there are many products that just don't 'work' in the middle of the desert.
Keep up the good work Target Team!

I just got back home after nearly 7 mths in QLD and was blown away by the service at this Target 🎯 store! You are reminded of just how amazing the people in this great town are, the friendliness and super helpful locals are rare to find anywhere else! In particular the service from one of the managers Natalie and Steve, incredibly helpful and do anything for their customers😊

Alice Springs is such an amazing place, so much unlike any place I have seen.. the landscape is breathtaking, ULURU is spectacular in every way.
The McDonnell Ranges are so unique.

Quality products on offer, great collection of Stationery and clothes.

Great variety of stock options available. I needed p js and plenty to choose from.

Great staff especially Blessing at the front counter, he was very helpful and kind.
