Adopted a kitten from here recently and can only say how good Cohen the sales rep was. His sneaky good tactic of getting me to go into the cat enclosure to cuddle the kittens worked and I walked out of there later with kitten. I found all the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable and would recommend this store.

Exceptional service and a thorough knowledge of fish.
We took a sick large goldfish to the store thinking it had a fish virus. The gentleman that we spoke to took time to check the fish and to explain about fish. He performed a number of tests on the quality of the pond water and explained fully how to look after our fish. We found that the water was the problem, not a fish virus. After suggesting some additives for the water that we expected to cost a fortune, we were very pleasantly surprised at the minimal cost. The fish is now swimming happily with the rest of the fish. I am so impressed with the knowledge and time that this gentleman spent with us to rectify our pond issue. You are a genuine asset to Petstock.

Amazing experience had been wanting to get my border collie pepper groomed for a while but kept avoiding it due to her being nippy when I did it, but but bit the bullet and booked her in,
The groomer reassured me she would be fine which made me feel at ease leaving her and when I arrived back a Few hours later pepper was looking extremely happy and her coat looked immaculate will definitely be returning it was such a relief that they had no issues with her and were able to adapt to her specific need
