A small pharmacy with a big giftshop and the most amazing Pharmacist. I found he was extremely helpful, non judgemental and kind. Outstanding service. Thank you!

I want to thank both Wilson and Shauna for posting the 2 tubes of Eucerin Ointment to me as I live in Newcastle and had no way to pick it up in person and they even let us pay for the items over the phone ,
I had them within a week to my door by Australia Post , Thank you for being so understanding and professional and friendly to us when we enquired over the phone as to if they had any leftover which they thankfully did , Do recommend this pharmacy and Thank you for your service again .😁 Aimee Stromeier Newcastle NSW

Wilson, Shauna and staff at Karuah Pharmacy exceed customer expectaions. They are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Wilson also has a keen knowledge of holistic and natural remedies. It is no trouble for them to order in anything required that they do not stock. There is a lovely selection of gifts as well as medications, vitamins, personal care and health aids. The shops is well laid out and easy to manouver with a walker.

Very disappointing experiences! Do not whatever you do, rely on them to have the medication you need. I had to drive into Raymond Tce to get what li needed today, and I remember that my last prescription I had filled here cost me way more than usual as they didnt have the generic stuff. I wont be wasting my time or money with them ever again. Useless
