Good store friendly staff now under new management more stock varieties better store layout lot more specials

Great range of products and excellent customer service. I rang to see if they had sponge cake and Jacinda went from one end of the store to the other trying to find me one or something similar. Service above and beyond to help out customers.

I have found Karuah IGA very helpful at every visit. I have found the staff always courteus and pleasant to me. They also assist me in getting my groceries into my car, when needed. I am an aged pensioner, (hip op) and really appreciate this help very much. I am not a local but shop here when in the area or hungering for their yummy chicken nuggets to go down to the waterfront and eat. Thankyou Karuah.

Friendly staff and great little place for the essentials

Well stocked and great variety of groceries for a smaller store. It may look a bit ordinary from the exterior but inside it is a very clean and tidy shop with pleasant staff.
