Just had the most amazing customer service from Dianne. Dianne suggested a Tshirt style for me that I never would have tried but it was absolutely perfect and exactly what I was after. Dianne offered suggestions on what size looked best and helped me get the most out of my money with the deals they had running. So friendly, patient and accommodating.

The items are such incredible quality for a super reasonable price. Store was clean, spacious and well stocked.

Will never get basics anywhere else again! Couldn’t recommend enough.

Came in on a Thursday. Great customer service from the manager and another extremely friendly staff member was on also. They Went above and beyond to help me. Will Definitely be back.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice range of basic and simple-style clothes, from tees to pants in all the colours you like. You can feel that the quality of the cotton is higher! All the garments are marked as "child labor free", which is a plus. The price is very good too. Highly recommended if you're looking for basic clothes.

Well priced store with chill staff who were very helpful. I really appreciated the way the store was set out with all the stock in size order and colour, making it very easy to find exactly what I was after - this is the shopping experience I was looking for. Ended up buying 5 tops!!!

Good service. Took the husband in and bought him a new wardrobe. Good basics package deals and good, simple, quality product. Staff friendly but not endless chatting which I prefer, they know how to read their audience. Will go again.

super friendly staff and great place to shop for basics. did a huge summer shop recently and for some reason the pants were discoloured from my wash. i was super stressed since i haven't even worn them yet, but thankfully the staff from fitzroy were more than happy to exchange them for me. shoutout to sam and also the guy with the dark curly hair who helped me with my purchase <3

The staff were incredibly helpful in helping me get what I need, and even let me use their staff room to feed.

Brilliant basic t-shirts for men and women (among other things), great quality and good prices. Staff were extremely helpful also, very friendly and chatty. I will most certainly be visiting regularly to make more purchases.

You go in there and think I'll just get that plain tee shirt I need... Forget about it. Get a hoody, a crew and three tees for $120. Wait that jackets nice, jacket another hoody and 3 tees for your partner later you go home and enjoy it all.

Perfect if you want clothes without huge logos. Quality is nice, I have pieces that have lasted me years in good condition.
