Don't listen to the people who are giving this place a 1 or 2 star review .I couldn't be happier with the service and medication they provided to me. My prescription was very speedy, I didn't have to wait as it's located in a small country town and everyone in the shop had a smile. Not only that but the premises was very tidy, staff were dressed neatly and there was plenty of parking along with wheel chair access. Would 10/10 recommend

Went to the pharmacy looking for surgical masks. Sadly they were out of stock but the owner was lovely and Super helpful. Went out of his way to reach out to another pharmacy to check if they had masks left. Also, offered me masks he had kept for the staff in case of emergency. Will 100 percent recommend this place.

A friendly country pharmacy with onsite pharmacist, an extensive range and a selection of small giftwares. Highly recommended to locals and those travelling the highway between here and Perth.

The most unprofessional chemist I’ve ever had to deal with. Have told them my scripts are due once a month can you please get my medication in. Get told it’s too expensive to order,,I’m the only one who gets it so we don’t bother to order it on time. Totally dissatisfied

All the staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful, but the owner, 'Bruce Warland', treats some patients like 2nd class citizens, and makes them wait ridiculous amounts of time, while other customers walk in and get served instantly, I felt belittled and was made to feel like I wasn't worth much. I was always very friendly and never gave any trouble to warrant the way I was treated. Also Edwin McQuade who gave 5 stars and said, "Don't listen to people who gave this place a 1 or 2 star review, obviously wasn't treated like I was and doesn't know what he's talking about. Believe me, If Edwin was on the same medication I was, he would have been belittled too.

Very poor service.
They purposely make certain people wait over an hour for what should be not even a 5 minute visit. Unacceptable.
I have also seen and experienced being served after 4 people walked in after me. That is just disgusting service who ever goes into any place FIRST ALWAYS GETS SERVED FIRST. Disgusting. Things must change. It's not right and it's not fair.

Bruce likes to throw your scripts at you then starts mumble things under his breath while your standing there...
