Fleurieu Accomodation have been looking after our holiday home for some time and we could not be happier. They manage everything from advertising, marketing, promotion, bookings, guest queries and also ensure our house is perfectly presented to any guest who chooses to stay with us. We found everything that we needed there it was really clean and tidy and there were a lot of extras that we were not expecting for a really good price. Walking distance to the beach and I really nice little village to go shopping in. There was also a feature in the backyard a beautiful blue tongue lizard in the shed.

I find communication between staff in the office disjointed, too many staff changes and information is lost, I know this can’t be helped but it seems to me there is no central point for communication and following through. I think there is a lack of transparency and costs to manage property far to high,

Stayed at some accommodation managed by this company.
It was infested with spiders cockroaches, ants and rats. Photos did not properly represent the accommodation. Mould, dirt and spiders webs throughout.

Huntsman landed on our bed after fighting another spider. Rats kept us up throughout the night. Mould on outside verandah, my pregnant wife nearly fell because of how slippery it was. Photos showed this verandah glowing white and clean. I could go on and on with the problems in this house.

When contacting 'Fleurieu Accommodation' about these issues, they insulting offered us 10% off our next stay. As if we would ever go to a property managed by them again.

Looks like I'm not the only being discriminated against due to being a male in his 30s. Wildly unprofessional way to run a business. I wonder which gender or group of people these clowns find "acceptable". Don't bother booking unless you fit their gender, age or race profile.

Our accommodation booking was cancelled with no reasonable explanation *after* the deposit had been paid.
All processes were followed and requests were promptly and honestly answered.
No reason was given for the declination of our booking. Fleurieu Accommodation refused to provide a reason upon request and the deposit was not returned back to me for almost a week. I have been left to assume our booking was declined for discriminatory reasons following detailed questioning by staff. I would absolutely not recommend booking for your trip through Fleurieu Accommodation.
Edit: Despite the below generic response from Fleurieu Accommodation, covid restrictions cannot be the reason for our booking cancellation as our reservation was for only 8 people, current covid restrictions limit is 10 people. The attempt to use an invalid excuse is indicative of the dishonesty I have experienced

Booked a property, (views on court-2 view court) with friends, they confirmed the booking and took payment, but after providing proof of identity they cancelled the booking citing, "the owner won't host us because of our age group ".The website doesn't disclose any refusal due to age limits as well as Air BNB where they're listed. The age discrimination is unacceptable or age limits should be disclosed upfront before payment is made.
