Had a lovely family picnic here in April so the falls weren't flowing very much. There are a few picnic tables, toilets and good shade. It's a short walk from the carpark to the waterfall with another picnic table on the way.

Easy to access from either end. Well maintained dirt roads. Lots of signage. And plenty of phone service to find this place. Ample parking. Picnic areas and clean toilets. Very short walk to the falls. Perfect day trip for families.

This is a great place maintained by the local council. Thanks for all the girls and guys who come out and do such a fantastic job looking after the area.
I offered them a cup of coffee because they do in such a good job. They're really cared about what they do and they're very helpful to help me navigate around the local area and find places to visit as a visitor.

Such a hidden gem. After seeing the parking lot being refurbished and new public facilities I fear this will be a popular destination very soon.
With a waterfall, open picnic area, set walking tracks it is suitable for families.
This destination experiences a mass of butterflies over the warmer months and is a popular spot for photographers.

Very short walk to see the falls. I didn't go over the rocks to get any closer due to my mobility issue. However this delightful place is 100% worth seeing. It's a place with so much natural wonder eg. various fungi, moss and lichen, birdlife and beautiful trees and vegetation, and the pounding waterfalls (it's near the end of autumn). There's also tables and seating on.. great place for a picnic or just for a rest along the way.
It's been recently upgraded with new toilets suitable for handicapped ♿ users.

Beautiful area with good picnic facilities and modern drop toilet. Small walk into the Falls which were quite picturesque.

Five stars for the tranquility and bird life but the falls are just a trickle of water.
Very short walk from car park to the falls. Surrounded by lots of beautiful, native trees, it was nice watching the little bluebirds playing as well as other species of birds. There are several spots to sit. It would be a nice spot to have a picnic

Beautiful, peaceful spot. Plenty of quiet picnic nooks with tables and chairs. We visited this location with our cameras and got some great shots of the waterfall as well as the birdlife. Unfortunately the walk to the top waterfall was closed off, which was disappointing from a photographers point of view. Definitely worth the visit for a birdwatching picnic.

Amazing little find. Clear pathways right to the falls. You can pretend to be a mermaid on the large rock haha *see pic of sister. Great short walk. Benches to eat at. Lovely wee visit. Take the family.

What more do you ask when you’re in the lap of untouched yet crafted, raw yet polished nature. This should be your top location to visit. Ferns and long and unmodified bushes will welcome you all along. You can’t ask more than this. I loved the sound of small river, chirping of birds, pure air and what not!

#Drawback or #Things to #Improve- This place needs a rubbish bin, a public washroom and more seating area.

This place is well worth a look 👀 if your ever down this way especially if it’s recently rained went here the other day small 5 minute walk to get to the waterfalls but once you get there you won’t regret it

It was my first time seeing the falls and can definitely say it’s a very scenic place to be. I was able to walk on my own pace and just enjoy the surroundings around me.

The waterfall was very peaceful to hear and look at, unfortunately you couldn’t go any higher as it was blocked off. I still enjoyed my time here. :)

There is a lot of water this winter. Not a long hike from the car park either. But can get a little crowded during the holidays.

Very short walk to the waterfall about 5 minutes. There are paths that lead higher but not for the faint of heart.
Beautiful spot but unfortunately small

Nice place.

Easily accessible for all just a short stroll from car park to the waterfalls.

If your surefooted make sure to climb to the top of the first falls for the even better second waterfall.

Great picnic tables, so bring a hamper and thermos of tea.
