Tom Price Tyrepro

John Hanlon came out to Karijini at 7am to tow our car and camper to Tom Price due to water in the diesel tank. He advised us what time he would arrive and was spot on. He was great company for the drive back and he estimated we would be hitched up ready to leave his workshop by 3pm that afternoon having cleared the deck for our vehicle to be worked on that day. He kept us informed during the day, having explained exactly what was going to be done. We left the workshop at 2.55pm!! Professional, polite and punctual - what more could you want? A great business that you can trust to get the job done. Many thanks to the team there.

Absolute legends at Tyre pro, Dave and the team were very accomodating and went above and beyond to help us out while we were broken down. Steve the towtruck driver never runs out of jokes so the drive to the mechanic was very enjoyable. Quick service, good communication and affordable.

Amazing service. The boss was really friendly and helpful. He towed us from karijini to tom price. He let us sleep next to his yard and even gave us beers. The next morning he towed us to port hedland because we needed to be there for a flight. I highly recommend. Thanks guys.

Exceptional service. Needed assistance on a Saturday when all businesses were closed. Called and spoke with John, the owner. Replaced the water pump in my car on Sunday and I was back driving within 3 1/2 hours, thanks to John and Kevin. Would and will highly recommend to others needing assistance.

I have always found the team at TyrePro professional and efficient...used quite a few times for servicing and tyre replacement thanks to the Karratha/TP road.

Cannot praise John, Colleen, Steve & the rest of Johns team enough for their help & support at a very trying time for my husband James Shepherd & myself last week when our Nissan had Timing chain breakdown at Auski Roadhouse. They were all wonderful with John & Colleen going above and beyond to make it all so much easier when our caravanning holiday coming to an abrupt ending. Thank you all so very much . Fantastic service! After getting a flat tyre on the way to Tom Price and replacing it with our spare wheel we drove directly to Tyrepro to get a new spare tyre. Not only were John and his team very friendly and helpful but also supported us in finding the best possible solution while the rental car costumer relations continued to not understand our situation, location and concern. Once again many thanks to you John and your team for this amazing, prompt and very reasonably priced service!

John was a life saver! I got stuck out in Karijini NP, and in a relatively timely manner he arrived with the truck and stopped the flies from taking every last bit of my sanity. It was getting late by the time we got back to the shop, so he helped me organise a place to stay through RAC and had his lovely wife drive me to my accommodation. John and his crew had me back on the road before midday the following day and I got to complete my road trip! 10/10 would recommend. What a great bloke!

Our brake lead broke on the way to Exmouth. RAC got in contact with Tyrepro for us and we were so happy to see them arrive on a tow truck to rescue us. We were dropped off at our campsite and then picked up the next morning to collect our car - wow! Fantastic service - car was fixed by the next morning and we were able to head off to exmouth by 10:30am. Saved our West Coast trip! Nick was fabulous - picked us up with a smile, gave us tips about sunrise and was genuinely happy to help! Thanks so much! Nick, we owe you a beer if we see you in Perth!

John and the team were appointed by the RAC to pick us up from Dales campground in Karijini with a wrecked front suspension. Steve arrived with the tow truck 15 mins early and was great company on the trip to Tom Price.
They helped us sort out the car hire the RAC arranged and switch our camper trailer over to the hire car for free. The bill at the end wasn't outrageous and they had us back on the road a day earlier than expected. Car now runs great and got us back all the way to Albany. Thanks guys.

Friendly and responsive service. Very busy people with lots on the go but still the time for drop ins needing a repair or replacement. I dropped in a blown tyre, went for lunch and returned an hour or so later for it to be fitted and I was on my way. Would happily return.

The team at Tom Price Tyrepro were amazing. We called ahead after puncturing a tyre on the gravel road outside Tom Price mine and not only did they have the tyre we needed in stock, it was fitted and we were on our way within 45 minutes. They were very professional and had reasonable prices and fabulous customer service.

John and his staff are incredibly professional and efficient. In uncertain times when others are faulting, John has always been reliable and true to his word. I highly recommend this business.

Hats off to the team at Tom Price Tyrepro. Called them at 4.15pm to try and get a tyre fixed with still 45-50mins to travel. The team waited back after hours and fixed our tyre allowing us to get on the road early the following morning. Cannot thank you enough. Professional, helpful and friendly. Can't ask for more.
