I've been coming here for years - the absolute best selection of fabrics, trims, accessories and craft needs. So much variety and helpful customer service. Best store in Collingwood!

I met the lovely lady at the counter today and provided with a sign to encourage pedestrian to BUY LOCAL!
They are friendly and have a large variety of fabrics to choose from.

Had the worst ever customer service experience. Extremely rude, disrespectful shopkeeper who continued to rush us and pass insulting comments. There was no variety at all and the cloth rolls were messily piled up. And if you try to have a look at the rolls buried behind, the shopkeeper would accuse you of messing up the shop, Never returning to that shop again. Advise to other shoppers.....only go there if you want to waste your time and get insulted by the rude shopkeeper.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, the lady here is EXTREMELY RUDE and kept telling us to hurry up and get out of the store because she needed to do something in the back. we also made sure to keep everything in its place after looking and lady told us “look what youve done you’ve messed up everything”. EXTREMELY RUDE I HATE THIS STORE.
