Very Disappointed with my purchase.
I ordered a pair of black boot style flat shoes for work. They would have been perfect if I could get the right size. I ordered a 39 and they were way too small they were actually a 37, but no matter how many emails back and forth I couldn't get them exchanged. I did try to exchange them. They emailed me the address which cost me $12 postage. But the parcel came back to me un opened. So I emailed them again and they would not give me a different address to send them to. So I have these shoes that don't fit me and they are no good to me being so small. Cost $79
They also have no labels or size on the shoe which strange. I don't think they are genuine. The plastic bag they came in had a 39 sticker on and that's all. No other sizing. Very disappointed in this purchase .
