Morgan Cafe

Nice cafe opposite the river, lots of history to check out while you're in town. Clean toilets, plenty of seating at the river's edge, beaut playground and plenty of room for the kids to run around.

We are from Moonta and visited Morgan for lunch on the 6th of December. The service was lovely and we had a nice chat with the owner. The meals came out quickly. We were astonished at the size. To say it tasted great is an understatement, Half was taken home for later. It was a wonderful lunch with yummy icecream eaten out the front looking over the park and river. Well worth a visit and a new try if you weren't impressed last time you were there!

Best piece of fish and chips I've had in a long time at a reasonable price. The fish was most, the salad really fresh and the chips crunchy and plentiful. Visiting SA we were able to have Golden North ice cream too. We grew up on it as kids.

Had the hot chips which were amazing! Really delicious, fresh, and good value for money. Staff were efficient and friendly. A great spot to stop for lunch!

Fantastic Pizza! Not oily, no spice aftertaste. Just the right amount of everything. Quick too, finished my coffee and it was brought outside for me.

The special breakfast was the best I've ever had, including home and overseas, it was amazing and not floating in oil, 10/10. It was just one lady on her own and she was killing it. If you are passing, call in you will not be disappointed. Thoroughly recommend, I would go back there just to eat breakfast. Keep up the great standard it was magic.

Excellent food options. The chef caters for any changes to the menu. Excellent coffee. Order at the counter & then the food & drinks come to the table.

Called in for a quick burger and chips on the way though town. Hit the spot! Better yet the pubs next door if your unlucky enough to be waiting 🍔🍻

I stopped in here once to buy some snacks on my way up the river. The snacks were good and so were the people running store. I will never forget them.
