I have been attending this clinic for over twenty years. It is unique, you phone or come in early and take a number, get a coffee or do your shopping and then come back. You see Dr Chan who keeps up to date with research, compassionate, listens and helps you. Then you are bulk billed. The receptionists are firm but fair.

Dr Chan has looked after me and my family for years. He is the best out there not only when it comes to knowledge but also kindness. I have never met a doctor that goes to the lengths he does to help others. Thank you so much Dr Chan!

Yes, very hard to get an appointment. But that only means that it's a very good practise. This used to be my family GP but I ended up moving around because it was hard to get in last minute, and i moved away from the area.
Been seeing different doctor's over the last 2 years for a sore shoulder, every time telling me it's muscular and to give it time.
I saw Dr Chan again, and after assessing me thoroughly and an ultra sounds later, I'm on prescription anti inflammatories and seeing physio for free.
He is also 100% under medicare, which most good GPs don't do anymore.

Walk in and make an appointment. Geez it's not hard.

The receptionists are fine. These other reviewers are either racist or babies.

The receptionists here are unbelievably lacking in any level of customer service, I’ve never experienced anything like it. The older woman is incredibly rude, lazy and argumentative and the others, although not as bad, seem to follow her lead.
I tried phoning 3 times today and their phone line was disconnected, then when I finally got through on the 4th attempt, I was told the doctor was going home and that I should call tomorrow.. this was delivered in a tone that suggested there was something wrong with me for not knowing the doctor was leaving early. I asked for her to take a message for a call back tomorrow and had to argue with this woman to action my simple request for quite some time before she finally agreed to do her job and take my details for a call back tomorrow. Absolutely terrible receptionists and have been for the 15+/- years I’ve dealt with them.

Receptionist very rude to answer. They treat you like a checklist.

You need to know that people call to get an appointment because you're coping with health issues. Cannot treat people like a robot.

I mean I can’t even comment on the doctor. I called up hoping to make an appointment as I’m new to the area, the receptionist asked “have you been here before” and I responded no. I was then told the doctors clinic is not taking new patients and when I asked for the next closest clinic I was told “I work for the doctor, I cannot help, goodbye”. Maybe I’m wrong but it just seemed so rude and abrasive. A little bit of help since I’m unwell would have been nice

1 star because doctor Chan is a good doctor, otherwise it deserves zero. Dr Chan is willing to stay after working house to help out patients who didnt book in advance. The reason I hate this medical centre is the receptionists. The receptionists here are super rude, they just want to finish work early and dont care for your condition. They are rude over the phone and rude in person.

This is my first ever Google review and I am sorry to say that it is not motivated by positive reasons. I rang aware that the practise is often booked out for days at a time so I was not shocked when I was told I wouldn’t be able to secure an appointment until the following week, however, I was shocked by the complete lack of professionalism I received from the lady on the other end of the line. I can only speculate to the reasons why someone dealing with sick patients would answer the phone with such disinterest. What I will say is that I find it very discouraging when a busy business becomes complacent with their customer service, particularly when the sole purpose of that business is to provide care. I hope your practise can sustain its foot traffic on the expertise of your medical professionals and not the tact of your reception staff who leave a lot of be desired, even before hanging up on me mid sentence as I reluctantly thanked her for her time. Very, very poor.

Can never get in to see a doctor. "Always booked out" even when you call first thing in the morning.
No cancellations and was pretty much told not even to attempt coming in.

Rude staff. As a medical centre you should have some empathy, they have 0.

Tried booking an appointment and the receptionist just said “sorry fully booked” and hung up. Rude.

Receptionist very arrogant and rude unprofessional I will not go back again
