Fantastic Service

Seemed fine on my first visit, had some actions to try and find the problem. Called to confirm my second visit later in the week, which I arrive to and discover that they'd cancelled it instead and gave it to someone else. Then was treated as though it was my fault.

Edit: I am no longer welcome here. Apparently even though it wasn't my fault that my appointment was cancelled, my frustration at being talked down to was reason to ban me. There was no swearing or abuse, only a slightly raised voice on my behalf (not shouting/yelling, just frustration)

Dr Kuepper was a great cardiologist and asset while he worked here. He was very caring and knowledgeable and would even go into detail explaining the state of my cardiovascular health cause he knew I was educated on the topic. As soon as he left, the integrity of this place went with him. I still had some tests to be done and because Dr Kuepper left I was kept in the dark about what was the next step and the upcoming tests I had in finding out about my cardiovascular health. So I went in to ask and they said that they denied knowing about any of the upcoming tests that I had booked. I proved to them with a paper of my tests that I had indeed booked and paid for those tests, so they were cornered and admitted that they cancelled my tests for unknown and pathetic reasons. I then had my blood pressure checked and it was stage 3 hypertension but I was told it was all good and wasn't worth checking again. They then told me that I needed to pay for another appointment to see the new cardiologist for tests that I already paid for but which they cancelled on me. Then she tried to say that I cancelled my holter appointment, then contradicted herself saying I did have a holter test done. They then told me that the wait time for another appointment is over half a year...

In a time where heart disease is very present, for various reasons, we rely on these supposedly highly educated and most definitely highly paid individuals to look after one of the most important organs in the body, and at this particular facility, you get this.

Please, if you are genuinely concerned about your cardiovascular health, do not go here.
