Drake had a price ticket and cash register price not aligned. They checked it quickly and fixed the issue quickly. The shop has a good range and friendly efficient staff

Their meat special's were reasonably priced . They also had people serving you.Coles and Woolworths should have a look at Drake's business model

Amazing staff, fast service, and great prices

I have a few gripes no bags on 3 of the rolls for apples please ask your stock staff to bring items closer to the edge of the top shelves so shoppers can reach the items on the top shelves last on please please teach your check out operators to bag groceries and not put laundry products with dairy i have shopped here for years and this is happening more freqeuenly of late

I have never been in this store before. My 5 stars fully goes to 2 girls in the store. 1 being at the meat dept who was very helpful and polite and Edina at the checkout. What a cheerful,polite bubbly young lady.keep smiling as you made my morning cheerful. Both had wonderful customer service. Thank You.

My local foodland. Its like a small town vibe in the city. I know most of the workers there, they are super frinedly. The store is easy to navigate and is neat and tidy

Always clean and staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Some excellent deals on the weekly shop - and Drakes is South Aussie owned. Shop here and put the cash back into the pockets of our fellow crow eaters....

Staff most helpful, well stocked supermarket, ample parking.

My latest query was made in a phone call on Sunday which was initially responded to by (I guess, the office), subsequently transferred to the front TWICE, and remained unanswered to well after closing time when I eventually hung up in disgust. 22minutes 7 seconds of Drakes promotion material. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

Well stocked store, Covid compliant clean and tidy, helpful staff. Plenty of parking... :)

Great friendly service that you don't always find in larger shops. The management are very customer orientated and they stand by their word. I will definitely be frequenting here more in the future. So if you don't wish to look for car parks and want a quick turn around to the shops come here first as they have everything you'll need.

Excellent supermarket i shop here regularly. It is close to where i live. It is convenient to park the staff have always been friendly. The shop is quite big for the location and has a huge range and always easy to get in and out.
