Mt Barker Taxis

Thursday 8th Feb , we booked a Taxi from Des Taxis ........... it arrived on time to take us to our destination , nice driver & very friendly , they came back 3 hours later to pick us up & again spot on time and another nice driver , will definetely use again , thanks :)

Very happy with the prompt service considering the tight resources I imagine there would be in the Adelaide Hills. Only had to wait 15 minutes. Great friendly driver who also has a love of motorcycles. Would definitely use again.

Booked with this service after getting the run around from a large competitor, who had 4 different drivers call and then cancel on me when they realised I didn’t want to go to the city. Within 10 minutes of booking the taxi was at my door. Polite driver, absolutely no dramas, and happy to take me the local destination I needed 10 minutes away from the pickup location.

Ordered a taxi to get to work. He arrived on tine, very polite too. Had a nice chat for the entire ride which I enjoyed. Will be using your service again

Took a taxi today to the Hahndorf farm barn and forgot my phone in the car. By the time I realised I had lost my phone and made the call, he was in the airport but assured me that he will bring it back once he finishes his current trip. Came back in a few hours and handed over the phone. Malcolm Bentley, the driver went out of his way to return it and I am truly grateful for that. He is such a wonderful person and was very glad to help and didnt make a fuss at all. A kind hearted genuine soul. Thank you so much Malcolm and Dese's. Appreciate it. What a wonderful experience.

I have only ever had positive experiences like today when the driver went out of his way to pick up my son. Mount Barker Taxis sends you a message as they are approaching and then contact you straight away if the passenger is not at the designated pick-up location. Thank you again!

Experienced two easy, prompt, polite pick ups today (with Sigi/Siegfried and David) to and from home whilst having tyres replaced. Not peak period and just within a small radius , but polite and professional service from the dispatched and drivers,

Excellent communication, picked on time by a very courteous driver Brendan with great conversation and above all else, we were delivered safely to our destination for a fair price. Would much rather use a long time established local business than some foreign blow in Uber company. Thank you

Organised a mini bus for my daughters wedding on the 12th November, both to get there and return. On both occasions the driver was on-time, and even went out of his way to take an extra couple elsewhere after he had dropped us off at our destination. Will definitely use again.

Arrived 5 min sites earlier than expected (notified via text), driver was very friendly and took care to keep headlights out of house window (it was 4:30am!). Realised that I’d forgotten my passport as we got onto the Crafers exit. The taxi driver calmly exited at mount Osmond and drove me back to collect it! He also apologised for the extra high cost (much cheaper than missing my international flight!). Lovely conversation and service that due to being on time saved my mistake! Thank you very much, will recommend :-)

Picked us up and dropped us to oakbank races then picked us back up at the end of the day. Pre booked the service they were on time, friendly and great communication and notification Re pick up. Thanks for making our day easy .

I've just caught a taxi from Littlehampton to Nairne. My car needs some work and I had no way of getting home again so I booked a cab on Saturday for 8am today to take me home. Brenton was the driver...he was a lovely local man with heaps of local knowledge. He was prompt, arriving at exactly 8am and dropping me to my door. Made for a nice ride home...keep up the good work Brenton...the world needs more people like you in it!
