Dan Murphy's Collingwood

I was a bit sniffy about coming into this place. Massive selection of wine, and I thought supermarket for those looking for a cheap bottle. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Extensive selection of great wines from Australia. If you know what you’re looking for, you’ll find it here.

The customer service in this Dan Murphys is 10/10 every visit, I’m greeted, asked if I need help and they always have quantity of great cold available product range, I generally feel a good vibe from happy knowledgeable staff. Thanks guys x

Walk past here to the pet shop. Yuge range. Went in and half jokingly asked the dude working there if he would recommend a bottle of wine and he spent a good 20 minutes going through it. Really great experience. Worth the extra travel.

Cheaper than Woolies bottle shop most of the time. Has underground parking, which is very useful in Collingwood! Huge selection! They even often have various promotional tastings on Saturdays.
The staff go above and beyond to help if you have any questions about wine, spirits, beers, or anything! Great customer service!!

Great service, I was exceptionally happy. Especially being proactively ask if I needed help, which I normally hate.

It felt he honestly wanted to help me. When I asked for no alcohol, he did not loose interest. Instead he focused on getting exactly what I need.

Another good Dan's. Might need to change the name on account of our dictator. But different to other Dan's, you have bright lovely staff asking how they can help. Good stuff and keep up the great customer experience.

10/10 for staff - really friendly and knowledgeable. Selection is quite good - noticed they don't have 42Below vodka tho... Manuka Honey 42 Below - if you guys could stock this, I will personally take everyone I know in just to buy it. Otherwise keep up the good work 👍

A shame about the early closing times on weekends but they can't help it due to licensing restrictions.

This business is in the business of selling alcohol and they are very good at it. This is one of the newer stores and the layout is great. Note, for disability access, it is one of the best. Good wide aisles for any wheelchair and ramps everywhere at its entrance and car park, should make this a pleasant shopping experience for everyone. Highly recommend a visit.

Purchased alcohol for our engagement party and returned left over alcohol using the buy back program...... staff on both visits were amazingly pleasant and helpful! Had to leave a review because they were just that friendly and attentive!

Best service!!!! Spoke to 3 lovely men (one was Rodney) and they were all so helpful, friendly and patient. Great staff. Walked out with smiles on our faces and a box full of alcohol
