Gulfhaven Caravan Park

Recently stayed for 10 nights, and what a hidden gem Port Victoria was. We have a large caravan, and it fitted nicely on the site at the bottom of the park, which backed onto the wall, which provided great protection when windy. The managers run a 'tight ship' and very efficiently. Take the time to get to know them as we found them most respectful to people who follow the rules. The toilet block was immaculate and serviced twice daily during the busy period. You can see improvements are ongoing to this old style caravan park. We liked it as we did not have to pay for facilities we did not need. Clean BBQ area and fish cleaning area kept tidy. Lawns mowed. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

The awesome lady that booked us in gave us the best tent site in the park. We ran a little late on checkout and rang to let them know and offered to pay an extra day and they told us to relax, no worries and no need to pay. One of the coolest caravan parks I've stayed at, in a wonderful township. Plenty of good wreck dives and lots to see or catch in the waters. Make sure you stop through Barley Stacks winery on your way there!

Port Vic is such a beautiful place, gulfhaven caravan park has everything you need, the cabins were spotless the bed was very cosy and comfortable.
The owners are terrific very friendly and very helpful, we certainly enjoyed our stay

We had a couple of nights overlooking the ocean very pleased with amenities and staff. Please disregard bad reviews previous and try it out for yourselves you won’t be disappointed.

Stayed at Deb and Marks for 3 nights, absolutely fabulous. Amazing spot, beautiful view, close to the pub (great meals and good wine list), awesome pizzas from the general store Friday nights and all round lovely little town. Will definitely be back !

We stayed in one of the spa cabins. Pricing= excellent. Cabin= excellent. Cleanliness= faultless. View from the cabin= sensational. Location relative to the jetty, shop and hotel=ideal. We were very impressed with our stay at Port Vic. Thankyou.

Very clean and all the gear you need for a long stay. Gas stove and big fridge. Excellent views from the deck. Pub and jetty close by.

We stayed here in July for 10 days, fishing with our boat. We found the Park to be good - the sites were grassy, everything worked properly, and the showers etc were clean with an excellent water supply. Some of the tap washers need replacing - a few taps didn't operate as smoothly as they might. The camp kitchen is very basic but has a stove, oven, microwave etc and is reasonably appointed with implements. We found the Park staff to be friendly, welcoming and helpful. The winter price was a bargain - stay 7 nights, pay for 5. The location is great, overlooking the sea, and a minute's walk to the town kiosk and hotel. We thought twice about staying here given some of the earlier negative reviews, but we're happy we did.

Great location, not far from maitland, handy little general store for food or fishing gear,.. that also does hot foods for that quick take away meal nearby, or the pub 2 mins up the road, the accommodation was great for 2 adults, functional kitchen with working appliances and A/C- heater, bathroom had a spa and shower,.. also had a bunk with 2 single matresses (we didnt use)

Small Tv in the bedroom and dining area, small little cabin but conventional,.. and a stunning view,.. 5/5 highly recommend would stay here again,. Off peak paid $160 a night,.. would check site or call for prices,.. great for that quick weekend get away 🙂 cant wait to go back 🙂

Great views, well kept clean facilities, under new management continuing improvements. great people to deal with.

Absolutely a Beautiful Spot in South Australia. Plenty of things to do and enjoy, Gulfhaven Caravan Park meets all your basic needs, clean amenities, a camp kitchen, great views, surrounded by gorgeous beaches, definitely recommend this haven.

Jetty is a light walk away, great for fishing and squidding. Pub is close by too, easy walk free local wifi near the park.

Quiet and Relaxing South Australian Getaway

Looking really good definitely worth a stay lovely camp kitchen got good toilet showers right by the beach and playground for the kids not far from the main street and pub just a great spot, cabins all sizes and lots of spots for tents caravans are RV's

Beautiful spot. We booked at the last minute and were given a tent site that suited perfectly.

Nice staff ,enjoyed the cabin ,just wish i was spending a few more nights ,but i would use cabin 14 again ,shame was being there in cold misreble weather but you cant blame the park .

Superb beach front views. Cabin was a high standard. Super clean, tastefully decorated, well stocked and organized. Highly recommend.

Great staff, sites are fairly large, 5 star views for all sites, toilets overall very clean, great place overall
