Great meet and greet person

I talked to Luke and he came out to look at my house for an appraisal, he looked around left and said he would get back to me with the appraisal and a relative idea of the market value he didn’t get back to me so after a few weeks at Christmas I gave him a ring and said i still haven’t received anything from you he said he would send something that day
Its been weeks and i haven’t heard anything from him, i wouldn’t trust this company to clean my toilet let alone sell my house if they cant even do something as simple as an appraisal, obviously Luke and the crew there at Elders at Normanville have better things to do than sell property
