Modern building on Franklin comprising of a range of businesses, residences & facilities from Luigis Cafe to financial advisors, law firms, new roads rehab program etc. Majority government funded and majority useless.

More interested in their fancy art work and expensive building than helping others. Please go to the third floor and grab a free tea or coffee. Best thing about the place! I also entered their rehab program previously. They put me in a share house with a dangerous ice addict that became violent. I was trying to recover from alcohol addiction. As a consequence I was so anxious sharing with this violent guy that I relapsed with alcohol. The workers turned up at the house for a routine inspection, breathalysed me and threw me out on the street. Punished me for the very thing that I was trying to recover from. Totally disgusted! They should be defunded for their rehab program!

Unwilling to help males with children in need. Only looking for hot meal for my 7yo was refused help.
