Middy's Yarraville

I phoned and spoke to Mark at Middy's Yarraville, he new the item I wanted straight away. I didn't even have to give him the code that I had. He checked that they were in stock.
I was served by Scott in store. I couldn't recommend these guys enough. Polite and know there stuff.

THIS MIDDY'S DOESN'T OFFER GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I like Middy's stores .. they are like the Bunnings of electrical goods. This one however doesn't offer a very customer-centric service :(

Would give a 0 stars if possible. Most moronic and rude staff to communicate with. Had a list of items and they couldn't even get half of it right and tried to give me the wrong items. Usually don't have an issue with middys but wouldn't recommend coming here. Better to drive further and get proper customer service.

Wish I could give them 0 stars, I walked in asking for a list of gear to be priced up (I have a account also) to basically call my client for approval (as I would have picked up on the spot with approval) and I got the response "I am too busy sorry mate" I asked if they had it in stock and they said yes.

Customer service 0 stars for sure save your time go somewhere else

Horrible, Old grumpy guy there was horrible to deal with, unhelpfull guy that served me, wouldn't cut a cable for me even if I payed on the phone, had to wait for him to find the cable on the system, his computer illiteracy made it very hard, then he wouldn't accept card payment for under $20, and had to read all the board on the wall to proove that he was right and that was his terms and conditions before he take the cash that was on my hands. He kept his cable and I kept my money, he'll never see any of it... spoken to a few people on the trade and every one knows him, every one avoid going there they say. Is best to drive further than to have to deal with him.

Rude and lazy staff and a poor range of stock, always trying to sell the more expensive stock even though they have a cheaper option on the shelf, it’s basically everything you don’t want in your wholesaler. This is probably the worst middys in Victoria.

Worst customer experience I've had in years. Rude, arrogant and grumpy blokes who are totally unhelpful. Go somewhere else instead.
