I’ve been training with Imogene for a number of years now. She’s hands down the best Pilates instructor I’ve ever had! Her coaching and refinements to technique have not only motivated me to keep going but also significantly improved my mobility and posture after sitting at a desk all day, and have improved my core strength to elevate lower back pain and help my performance at dance class and other sport. Highly recommend!

Pilates class is taught by a trained professional, Imogene. I've been attending classes for nearly 12 months - they are well-structured, focusing on alignment and precision of movement. My posture and flexibility has improved as well as my awareness of tight muscles to work on; it has helped improve my running. Highly recommended.
